Like other dragon slayer magics, he harnesses power from storms and has rather powerful attacks, more so than you'd think of your typical dragon slayer.
Storm Dragon's Roar- A powerful burst of breath that causes a raging whirlwind of water
Storm Dragon's Turbulent Fist- An attack which a small storm wraps around the user's fist and depending on the user's strength it may only be the storm that is effective, though if they are strong enough the target can be sent flying
Storm Dragon's Tornado Kick- A massive whirlwind wraps itself around the user's legs, also causing the user to appear to be hovering. It adds damage to any kicks and with a whip of the leg can send the storm flying at the target
Storm Dragon's Typhoon Wail- A much more powerful variant attack similar to the basic roar, it builds up as a concentrated orb in front of the user with tendrils of wind surrounding it, it is then sent off towards the target and creates a mini-explosion upon impact
Storm Dragon's Whirlwind- Creating a massive storm around a small radius around the user, it is more of a defensive skill that can either work for trapping a target or protecting against an attack
Storm Dragon's Typhoon Shuriken- Similar to the Typhoon Wail, the user concentrates a mass of storm into their hand, which then building up speed it becomes rather sharp edged spinning disk. This attack is tricky to dodge as depending on the skill of the user the disks path can be manipulated
