Walking out of the barracks that housed Canterlots guards, she was just relieved to be out of her armor and off duty. Realistically, the mare should've taken a nap, at the least, before heading out. She was feeling... restless, however. So instead she headed into the city for a walk.

Nova comes one as a harsh and cold person, although honestly she is kind at heart. Many assume that because of her black and red, a stereotypically "evil" appearance, she is evil. This is not the case. She can be mean, yet this is usually only if someone insults her, mocks her, or hurts one of her friends, in which case she will hold a long lasting grudge against this person. The words forgive and forget do not apply to this strong spirited mare, as she would much rather remember those who have hurt her.
