Plot:
Millenia ago, a god by the name of Kiurian was exiled from his technologically advanced world he had once called home. He had been a mortal human, a lover of nature, and an avid scientist. He had become well known for his exploits, and found a way to become a diety. However, this was not to last. He was exiled from his home realm by the gods of old, and set out to find a new home. He came upon a world very similar to his own, and he named it Vaguria. He created various sentient beings in the image of man and some of the creatures of his past home. He gave the races of the world the tools to create a civilization, and aided as the guide to those who were faithful to him, and gave the sentient races equality with each other.
Vaguria year 1624: Beset by a series of natural disasters, the technologically superior nation of Arturia declared war on its neighbor, a nation of vast resources and population named Cegian. The people of Cegian had been asked for aid by Arturia for many years, but the monarchy of Cegian refused the republic of Arturia time and again. Who shall prevail? It is up to you to choose a side, and stand up for your nation.

I'm basically playing as Kiurian, so I won't have an actual 'characer' per say, but I'll run NPCs and such, combat can be done by players for the most part.

Everyone levels up at the same time. On level up you gain a one point stat increace, and you HP increases by 2 for warriors, one for archers and rogues, and does not increase unless you use your point for clerics.

Everyone also starts with a dagger (damage 1 + 1/2 strength + 1/2 speed)

Armor is available after starting the RP.
None: no reduction of damage, no dodge reduction
light: 10% dodge reduction, damage reduced by 10%
medium: 25% dodge reduction, damage reduced by 25%
heavy: 50% dodge reduction, damage reduced by 50%

(no character limit, though for the sake of reducing confusion I'm limiting everyone to pick a side and stay on that side, so no opposite-country characters)
Country bonuses:
Arturia : able to buy better weapons more quickly (flag colors Red and white)
Cegian: More NPC's to interact with / gain aid from (flag colors black and gold)

Barclay is a wolf-humanoid that is coloured with hues of brown, except from his white throat and stomach. Two black brow dots are above his yellow eyes, and black line the rims of his ears. His paw hands and feet are a light brown with black rings around the digits, while his paw pads are black and hard.
He usually wears a black hooded cloak, and a white swashbuckler dress shirt beneath a scarlet vest over top covers his torso. The vest is black on the backside with a buckle upon the lower back. His pants are black cloth, with a leather belt-like contraption hugging his waist. His dagger and quiver of arrows rest on his left side, while a pouch is on his right. White bandages bind his pants leg underneath the knee joints of his digitigrade legs. A gold anklet with a sapphire jewel hugs is left ankle There is a wrist guard on his left hand, being that he is an archer.

Bio: Born to a middle class family, Barclay had been raised by a loving mother and father. They took utmost care in making sure that their son would grow up to be a polite young man, the typical respectful type. They taught him right from wrong and did the best they could to provide him with what they could afford. He followed in his father’s footsteps and took up archery. His eyes are keen, his speed quick, and his mind sharp. With his nimble fingers, he excels in the way of marksmanship and makes his father proud. When Barclay was fifteen, his father had caught illness and passed away soon after; his immune system became frail and couldn’t handle the intensity of the bacteria that overwhelmed his body. His mother became overwhelmed with grief and simply had felt that life was a wretched thing and feared that it would take away Barclay, too. Having to deal with his grieving mother, Barclay had to do what he could to keep the family alive, until the day she passed away when he was eighteen. After that, he took care of himself.
