He's a blue blooded[Cobalt] seadweller because why not.

His text is a lighter, more cerulean-ish blue then his blood.
His hair is pretty much always messy, and he hates tight clothing, and is simply addicted to the human band 'Twenty One Pilots'.
He also has a ton of freckles across his face, that spread to the tips of his fins in a slightly darker colour then his blood.
He doesn't have a sign yet qvq
Also he has dimples when he smiles because he's a dork.
I just don't even know how to draw dimples psh.
When's he's upset he kind of pouts, and his fins turn downwards slightly to emphasize the emotion.
