About the Gem: It is said that Alexandrite has special healing powers. It is a crystal of contrast and opens up intuitional abilities and helps the mind and body focus. Tanza ran across one when she was cave digging in Africa. She had just recently been wounded by one of the many rocks in the cave and decided to rest when she saw the gem. Little did she know that Alexandrite helps heal the nervous system and improve blood circulation and ended up helping Tanza out a lot.
