Unknown to the kits, They were digging the hole right in front of Icestreak.

"I dunno!" Popkit battered her paw at the very thin ceiling, and the chocolate fell, and a blinding light came through.

"The kits!" HalfPumpkin meowed with joy and grabbed both kits and handed them to IceStreak

"My kits!" she exclaimed grabbing them. Anger than filled her. "You are both in so much trouble." she hissed. "The clans fighting a badger, Orangekit might be death for life and you had the whole clan worried sick!"
She then turned to Halfpumpkin. "When either Pepperbark or Cottonstar get back could you tell them to have some cat to fill up the hole?"

"Run into the nursery" he whispered to Popkit as he dashed off.

Popkit didn't run. She felt really, really guilty because fighting the badger and trying to catch it to impress the clan and become early warriors was her idea.

Cinnamonwing- Hissing at the candy rock badger swiped at her. Cinnamonwing leapt onto it and bit it deep in the neck. Not enough to kill it however. lashing her tail, the warrior felt the sting of her wounds and winced. Yowling at she was thrown off into the ferns, Cocoa dust flying into the air, She glanced grimly at the badger and decided to run. following a scent trail in quite, bitter and angry shame, Cinnamonwing saw Icestreak and Halfpumpkin up ahead. '' Hey....''' She mewed a half hearted greeting before pausing to lick her wound. noticing the kits, Cinnamonwing flew into a rage. '' What were you mousebrains thinking!? You could have died! cottonstar could have died! anyone could have died! all because of you wanting attention! How selfish and mousebrained is that!?'' Cinammonwing spat, panting, glaring at the kits, her eyes wide saucers of rage.
