your pack is your blood. as a wolf, it is what binds and connects you, whether you are related or not. they are your family,

one . all of tess' rules and the general rules
of role-playing apply. if you have not read

four . be realistic. a pup cannot fight off a
bear, there are few ways to fight of disease
or infection in the wild, and approximately
sixty percent of offspring do not make it to
adulthood.

six . please limit yourself to three characters
if you can, and have fun! don't let all the rules

alpha male
the alpha male is the patriarch of the
pack. he is the father of the pups, and
highly respected by the wolves, but is
by no means the most dominant, nor
the strongest or biggest.

alpha female
the alpha female is the matriarch of
the pack. she is the mother of the pups,
and the most respected wolf in the pack.
her decisions are final, even beyond the
alpha male's control. however, she and
the alpha male still make decisions
together, in almost a democratic fashion.

betas
beta wolves are all other generic wolves
in the pack, listed in order of their
dominance within the pack. while they
might have more dominant personalities
than the alphas even, they respect the
authority of their elders and will seldom
challenge them. in this rp, all betas are
related to either the alpha male or female
in some form, as siblings, cousins, uncles,
aunts, and so on.
pups
pups are the offspring of the alpha male
and female in most cases. they are cared
for by all members of the pack, and are
treated as the most important element of
the pack in times of crisis.

omega
the omega wolf is the least dominant wolf
of all the pack, and is the head care-taker
and baby-sitter of the pups.

delta male not applicable
the delta male is a second breeding male
within the pack, usually the most dominant
of the male beta wolves. he only steps up to
this rank when the pack acquires more than
fifteen wolves, and when the pack reaches
thirty, will generally disperse with their mate.

Rafe is a sight to look upon. He is a large, well built, onyx male with striking light yellow eyes. His muscles are toned out well by his thin onyx and silver coat. Along his face, chest, and down his spine his coat is considered to be a 'salt and pepper' color. How ever, on the rest of his body his coat his as dark as the night sky. He has smaller ears that stand at full erect on his head, and a long bushy tail that is completely black. His paws are large and heavy with black nails and pads. He is a male built for battle, and protecting, he is not a good hunter and is not the fastest wolf that has ever walked land..

Rafe is a male you did not want to cross with a light heart; he is and will for ever be known as a cold blooded killer. He has no sympathy for those around him and will quickly kill you if you cross him wrong. He is wise, and cunning and he studies his prey before making the move to kill it. He is large and well built and knows how to use that to his advantage. He also has massive walls and an attitude that can put the best of the dogs to shame. He is snappy and could care less what his remarks make you feel. He is there to look out for the one and only Rafe. On the same note he is rather rude and will always speak what is on his mind before even considering what you have to say to him. He is not the best 'pack' dog unless you find away to make him care for you, then and only then will be protect you and fight at your side.

How ever, he is a handsome male with a soothing voice that he often times uses on the ladies. He hates the idea of love, and even though he would not mind pups of his own he does not want a female at his side. If anything he would rather just have a pup carrier and then leave her. But there is still a spot somewhere deep down within his black pelt where he cares, and is capable of love.
