Featherstar flicked her ears, the only sign of irritation about the young cat. "We're testing him." She meowed simply. She also hoped what she said would help him train his apprentice. She saw potential in them both, even if they needed a little push.

Moonpaw watched the older cats talk.

Claytail shook his head. "You know, I'm glad you are forgiving sometimes, but don't you think he would be a bit of a danger?" He bowed his head. "I'm sorry... It's your decision... I didn't talk to him..." HE looked around until he noticed the young cat. He quietly thanked starclan that he got an apprentice before that cat showed up.

Featherstar held her chin higher, looking at Claytail curiously. "Forgive me now, but if an 8 moon old cat can overpower three warriors and an apprentice, then how strong is my clan, truly?" She meowed softly. She didn't include herself, since she knew she could overpower the small tom. "Tell you what, I'll join the patrol. And judge the tom myself."

Claytail quietly changed the count under his breath. "Two warriors, an apprentice and a cripple..." He wasn't sure he could even be civil if he had to talk to the tom. "You don't have to join the patrol... We'll be fine..." He still looked over and glared at the tom, wondering if he was planning something.

Featherstar flicked her ears as she saw him mutter something she couldn't quite hear. "I'm joining." She meowed, deciding. She may have decided to give Flint another chance but she absolutely did not trust him.

Flint glanced in the direction of the voice as he saw Featherstar. "Are we leaving right now?" He asked, a excited tone in his voice.
Featherstar's coming.. I cant let her down or anyone down or else I fail. Flint murmered quietly to himself.
He dipped his head quickly, not wanting to do it fully as he reminded himself that he wasn't in the Clan yet.

Nightshade saw that Flint had arrived and noticed that Claytail was talking with her with his apprentice nearby. Perhaps they were joining as well. Of course, Nightshade had thought of bringing Gingerpaw, but she hadn't had a chance to take the young cat outside the camp yet and she would hate for anything to happen. Lightly brushing her tail along Tigereyes side to gain his attention, she points towards the small gathering of cats. "Im guessing thats the rest of our patrol," she mews before heading over towards the group. She dips her head to Featherstar politely before looking at Claytail and Moonpaw curiously. "Are you two joining us?" She mews, truly not minding the extra pair of eyes.

he felt Nightshade wipe her tail against his side he looked over and nodded "Must be." he said and watched her alk over to our leader.

They saw that some cats were all clustered together in a small group. They all seem to know and like each other Rose Bullet thought while watching them with curiosity. "When they leave we'll follow them, they should be able to lead us to a good hunting spot without even going through the trouble of asking" Dagger mewed eyeing them with determination. Rose Bullet nodded "Tiger and Silent do as Dagger has taught you when you were learning to stalk us." Silent and Tiger nodded eager to prove their worth to them.
