Swallowpaw wasn't going to hold back. Not this time. Even if she wasn't the clan's best fighter, she'd try her hardest. The apprentice was tackled again, but her breath wasn't knocked out of her. Swallowpaw immediatly launched herself at Fallenpaw, sending a flury for swipes at him. She moved quickly, careful to watch how her clanmates would react.

Scorchstar nodded his angular, sleek head, murmuring with a little sigh, "I know you won't. I trust you to bring in this thief and for there not to be any fighting. Whoever it was that stole our food, please try to persuade them to come peacefully. I don't want another "Hawkcry and Snow" incident again, Troutsplash." With a duck of his head to the two warriors, testing the seasoned warrior would get the task done. He then turned back to Cobrasong, patiently mewing, "Now, where were we?"

Flarepaw visibly flinched at the Russian blue cat's reuquest, and could tell that spotted paw wasn't too pleased about Noeyes' orders as well. Guess we'll have to grin and bear it for now.. she must want to cause us misery. No doubt she knows it's raining and knows how hard it well be to get some moss.. Searching for ticks isn't that hard, but it's also the more messy job. Leave me to root through their pelts, huh, Spottedpaw?
Despite her slight frustration and nearly palpable dismay, the black oriental shorthair meowed, dipping her head to both of the eating elders, "Consider it done. I'll take care of the tick duty." She then squeezed out of the narrow den entrance and entered the Oasis, and now that she was out of the den, she let out a faint sigh. Indeed it was raining, but nothing too harsh. After all, the clan hardly ever received a downpour of rain, so even a little drizzle would be seen as blessing. Shaking her angular, sleek head and scattering rain drops from her short whiskers, Flarepaw broke into a fast trot, winding her way around the Oasis lake to Softberry's den. She could practically sell that mouse bile already.. ugh.. Darn it, Spottedpaw, gotta stick me with the worst task of the two. When the medicine cats' den came into sight, the black female sprinted towards it, ducking inside and shaking out her pelt rather loudly.
She saw Mossleap talking with the white rogue from last night, and the molly tensed as she locked eyes briefly with the rogue.. No wonder Scorchstar isn't allowing him to stay, by the way Mossleap's speaking to him.. He seems to be trouble! With her ebony pelt bristling slightly, she inched away from the pair and padded further into the den.
The leader's daughter meowed, "Softberry? Are you in here? I need some mousebile for the elders' ticks!"

Hawkcry felt some sense of pride in himself and the thrill of the fight when he heard the blind, turquoise-eyed tom's little gasp... the dar warrior knew that he'd stunned Batpaw, and grew more arrogant because of that. He let Batpaw up, and backed away in time for him to try a back-kick on him. But the massive tomcat had seen the counterattack coming, and had seen how the apprentices' eyes had rolled so wildly as he contemplated what to do. "Impressive. A good move, too. But you must be quicker next time," The pale-blue-eyed male meowed rather calmly, ducking out of the way of his flailing legs. As he whizzed by, he gently batted at the tom's flanks, throwing him slightly off-balance.

Noeyes - Elder of DesertClan - She-cat - 88 moons - Tags; Cactusfoot, Flarepaw, and Spottedpaw (OPEN!)

Noeyes purred mischievously around a hunk of hare as she heard the apprentices leave. She mumbled to Cactusfoot, who was eating his own meal, "Well, you're right about one thing, old friend.. They know how to treat their elders right. I do indeed love having young cats run about to do your bidding.."

Jackalhowl ducked his head, happy that Mistcloud could relate to his little problem. The curly-coated male surely knew what it was like to have a pelt that was a struggle to take care of, but the rain didn't seem to bother him a bit. at the jade-eyed tom's mention of a rogue, the main coon looked more alert, "Rogue? That's a bit.. odd, having one enter the camp and steal our hard-earned food right out from under our noses." He slid his wide gaze, peeking his head out of the bush briefly, to see the gathering of cats around the pile, and knew that Miscloud had a point. If they didn't move the prey out of the rain's way soon, every cat would go hungry tonight.
But the curly-furred male and just asked if he'd help him move the prey, for StarClan's sake! No way, nu-uh.. Not gonna happen! I'm not coming out of this bush no matter what, even if my dead brother's spirit fell down from the sky and tried to coax me out..
Jackalhowl murmured, keeping his gaze on his massive feet, "I'm good.. No thanks, Mistcloud."

Swallowpaw let out a flustered hiss as Fallenpaw swiped at her. She was agile enough to get away, but not strong enough to actually win the fight. Some cats were meant for foghting, and some for hunting it seemed. The she-cat dropped to the ground, rolling under her opponent. She swiped at her belly before rollibg back out.

She woke up from the den from oversleeping. She walked out of the den and sat down looking around. She suddenly felt a small drop of rain and wasn't very suprized. She walked into the center of camp and jumped in the small pool of water taking a drink and getting cooled off.

That Oasis lake is generally where cats drink, so I wouldn't advise her to jump in their drinking water.. XD If she wants to take a dip, you can have her go to the Falls!

The tuxedo was about to send another volley of swipes at the tom but froze as she felt a small drop of rain. She paused, looking up at the sky, which was getting cloudy. Hadn't it been terribly hot earlier? The she-cat couldn't complain, the desert needed some rain anyway.
