.....Jona plodded out of her den, yawning widely. She stretched, joints popping, then straightened, giving herself a quick shake to dislodge the leaves and dust that clung to her shaggy coat. She sat, blinking as her eyes adjusted to the light, and surveyed the camp.

Atticus walked slowly through the woods, her head down as she sniffed for a scent of animal. She needed to catch something for Nefarious before he growled at her again. Atticus sighed, she face seemed sad now as she wasn't able to talk to Sniper. She knew in her heart she most likely wouldn't see him or even hear from him again. But she hoped he wouldn't ever forget her. Atticus narrowed her eyes when she thought she scented a pheasant.

Hero cocked his head as he heard two brutes talking. Hero lowered his head, his shoulders protruding from his thin brown coat. He snarled a little but dropped his act as he knew he could be kind then attack if needed. He jumped out in front of Sniper and Oliver, Hero rolled onto his back to show he was no threat. He slowly stood back up and nodded, "I'm Hero" He barked, his head tilted as his tail wagged.

The brute grinned "very, well alpha."He said jokingly before looking around to see if there was anything he could catch, the Belgian malnois walked off in search for some food, after a few minutes he came back with a small bird looking thing, "I found this? It was already dead."He said putting it down before he practically jumped in the air as hero jumped out and rolled on his back. "hello, I'm sniper."He replied.

"already dead? seriously?..." Oliver muttered, looking up just in time to see hero jump out and hop to his -aching- feet, his fur bristling and a slight growl in his throat even after 'Hero' rolled over. Oliver stopped Sniper announced his name, instead of growling and bristling, it was more of a silent glaring "dont you know its rude to jump out at others? espcially when they are wounded and more badgered then normal?" he barked.

I was so going to use pi$$ed instead of badgered, but then i was like... wait... hes a dog he doesnt know that word right? hmm, warriors use animals to describe insults... and to badger some one is to bother them... a ha! yus!

Hero smiled, "Oh sorry." He barked, his tail now wagging as he stood in front of the two. Hero's ear perked to the sound of paws, he turned tot he direction of the sound but was tackled by a much larger dog. Bellatrix. Hero had already run into her a few days ago, she was a mean dog. Bellatrix snarled and snapped at Hero, spit flying as she bit as his face.

The brute's head sharply turned he lunged at Bellatrix "Watch it you stupid mongrel."He growled bitterly standing by Hero defensively.

Bellatrix lifted her head to Sniper, "What did you just call me?" The much larger fae asked. Her voice sounded like a soft voice, but there was a deepened sadness in her voice. She wasn't offended by the name calling, that was simply just her voice. Bellatrix's large frame shifted as she watched the three brutes in front of her. They were all pretty large dogs, but one of them was injured.

Oliver stood and growled "He said watch it you stupid mongrel" Oliver repeated, standing and snarling, his attitde peaking again. "you okay Hero?" he added, not taking his eyes off the large fae. "And you better watch it, we wernt bothering you, you dont need to bite our heads off" he snapped, fur starting to bristling again. He may have had a bad leg, but he had three others he had practiced on that worked just fine.
