Lydia could see the tears in Charlotte's eyes as she spoke. It made her want to cry herself, because she knew that what she said was true. If one of her tribe members had done what she was doing now, she would have undoubtedly chased them off. She had always been rule conscious. But now, when the thought of letting her brother be killed crossed her mind, it hurt as much as the thought of losing her friends, indeed, sisters, in her tribe. It had been her life for so long. "I... I can't." She choked out. She knew that if she stayed, she would simply be exiled. So, she turned away, and began to swim as fast as she could while keeping Samuel's head above water, and then the tears began to come. She didn't know where she was going, but she knew she had to get away.

"Lydia, he's human!" Lydia cried, swimming after her queen. "Lydia, don't do this! Lydia!" Tears rolled down her cheeks as she swam after her queen. "We don't want to exile you! Please, come back. I'll kill him for you!" She couldn't lose Lydia. Ever since Charlie had changed, Lydia had been like an older sister to her. "Maya, Claire!" she screamed, hoping the other two mermaids would show up and help her talk sense into their queen. "Xemara! Elizabeth!"

Ekene started to swim towards the flow cave. "Constella!" she called. "We've got a new friends!" She took Talia's hand as she swam. "Don't be so shy. Judith's very kind," she whispered to her.

Pausing in my singing as i hear my name being called out, i smile as the last soft haunting and melodious notes echo of the cave wallls before fading away. Swishing my night-sky like tail, i make my way twoards the entrance of the cave to greet the mermaids there. "Your highness...Talia.." I smile, lowering my head to my queen and nodding to Talia. Glancing over at the third mermaid, i let out a soft trill of greeting.

Luna lay on the beach, her hands clasped and resting on her stomach. She stared into space, her blue hair sprawled around her as her silver eyes scanned the sky. She swayed her tail slightly as it lay submerged in the salt water. She picked out clouds and gave them images, similar to what she did as a child. It's not like she had anything better to do. She sighed and rolled onto her stomach, letting her thoughts drift on a raft through the sea of her mind.

Talia looked at Ekene and nodded, then smiled at Judith. Despite Ekene's reassurance, she still felt awkward and shy and wasn't sure what to say. She would open up soon, she knew, but for the time being, she was still quiet. As Constella appeared, Talia smiled at the other mermaid and waved. "Hi Constella!" She said with a grin, and was going to tell her about how they had met Judith, but figured it was better to let Ekene explain. Besides, the queen had known Judith before, so it was probably better that way.

Prospera was laying on the beach with her hands behind her head as she stared up at,the bright blue sky. It was so peaceful. Smiling to herself, Prospera began to sing a little to herself. She's been trying to enhance her voice, but it was still the same ole same ole. Feeling the sand in between her fingers and the water washing up on her tail, it was so relaxing. Closing her eyes, her song began to slowly die down to a hum.

Judith smiled at Constella, 'Hello.' She said with a warm expression. She flicked her tail as she rested next to Ekene and Talia. She watch Timmy swim after them before curling back into her kelp belt.

Claire turned a sharp right, then a little bit up, then a little bit left. She could see a small reef ahead, she hadn't explored it yet. Knowing that Maya was still behind her, she swam up to the surface looked around and then dove back down. Checking behind her shoulder, she could still see Maya. Finally then met the small reef, colorful and all. Claire immediately started to search for the different fish and the different coral she had seen before in the other reefs
