"Do human children go through trials and challenges?~ Or do they just grow without those sort of things on your planet?~" Xakeus asked. She had studied four humans since their birth, but they didn't seem to do much.

"Well, no..not really. We teach our children as they grow up. Like how to walk and talk." Waylon said. "Theres really nothing to it. If you have an unstable mind, you might not want to raise a human child."

"An unstable mind is why we have beasts raise troll children rather than rolls themselves~ High bloods being the most unstable~ Trolls with my certain blood color, however, seem to be the most stable you'll ever get out of my species~ All trolls are unstable in someway~" Xakeus said. "I'm guessing humans don't work that way?~"

"You mean with the blood and all? No.."Waylon smiled faintly. "We raise them until they are 18 and out of high school. Then we encourage them to go out and live on their own..maybe find someone to have their family with. Perhaps college or the military. However, some of our children just can't mange on their own because of disabilities they may have. It can be the smallest thing that can keep them from moving forward in life. "

"Yeah, I guess it would make sense for people to be on edge, waking up in a place that's isn't home can be a little unsettling." she said, smiling a bit. Barbara was almost sure of it now, this girl probably wasn't a threat, since most so called threats wouldn't have introduced themselves so openly, most of them just went straight to trying to kill her or something like that. But that didn't mean she could throw caution to the wind, she couldn't just immediately trust the first person that walked up to her and said hello. Barbara turned her head, and she glanced in the direction that she came from, after that she returned her gaze to the girl. "Anyways, do you think you know where we are, Annie?"

"Yes, I forgot humans only have one blood color shared by all other humans~ I can see where disabilities may be a set back, but there are many trolls in Alternia who have overcome major set backs such as blindness or deafness~ We adapt to fit our needs and be treated like everyone else~" Xakeus smiled. "I know a rust blood who cannot hear anything, yet she can feel the slightest disturbances, such as someone walking close to her, or someone staring right at her~"

"I haven't got a clue. I woke up here out of the blue," Annie replied. Quietly, the girl began to shake the mud off her boots, though it was a complete failure. Sighing in defeat, she allowed her foot to return to the ground and she averted her gaze from Batgirl momentarily. "This place doesn't have bare any resemblance to my own home. I'm assuming it doesn't bare any to yours as well." Her eyes finally returned to the other girl, wondering what kind of place she came from. It certainly couldn't be from within the walls. Nobody there ever wore such attire. The poor were always in ratty clothes while the rich wore only slightly better clothes. Was she from some place far beyond the walls that was safe from titans? She had seen many places outside, but villages were rare due to the titans roaming free. There had to be some explanation.

"I see. If you think about it, Trolls and humans aren't all that different...Kinda." Waylon said and stoked his chin."Well.. maybe they are different in many ways,but still. Anyway,i hope my boys can mange on their own when they are old enough. I'll alway be there to support them. By the way,do you have any human friends?"

Xakeus nodded. "I belive your children will be fine without you~ I have four human friends, more or less~ One has a particular hatred for my kind, but I just ignore him~ I focus mainly on one, who claims he is a 'Canadian'~ I am suppossed to help him in his journey to get back to his friend, the witch~"

"A Witch? like the- nevermind."Waylon said chuckled."Yeah,im sure they be fine on their own. They seem to be smart boys. Anyways,we should find a place to stay in. Im sure there is a place we go to in this place."
