They kept us hidden, suppressed. They told nobody about us, not one person outside of their group. We’re their secret project, the soldiers for if something happened that made this stupid war worse. You don’t even know who I’m talking about, do you? They’re the government. They were the ones who turned us into freaks of nature with powers; they made us half human, half animal wrecks. They released us to fix their problems. I just can’t believe I fell for their lies for so long...

After the world descended into chaos, which ultimately led into a third World War, the United States government started project S.U.N. (Specials Using Nemex). This project centered around the highly controversial, newly developed drug called Nemex, which was supposed to make normal humans into something extraordinary.

Due to the controversy and possible dangers, they couldn’t do much with the drug with their limited volunteers. It wouldn’t work on adults, either. Their body would reject it because of their lack of ability to grow and change. However, as the war worsened, the United States found itself desperate. Desperate enough to take the search for test subjects into their own hands.

A draft for such a dangerous serum would have make tensions worse, and it would have turned the media against their own country. So, instead, they took people that no one would notice was missing. In order to find subjects, to perfect their weapon, and to be able to pull that last card from their sleeve, they decided to take ten orphaned children, who didn’t have anyone that would miss them.

This option was attractive to the government due not only to the availability but also from the fact that children are more prone to grow and adapt than adults are. As such, the prime candidates to be picked up and tested on were all between the ages of nine and thirteen, around the age children hit puberty.

These ten children were kept in an underground bunker for five years, where they were given constant doses of Nemex, as well as a place to live, stay, and learn. The decision to choose children instead of adults ended up being a smart choice in the end, for the project was a complete success, giving all the kids strange abilities and a new form to match.

All of the children, now in their teen years, are just starting their initial training before they enter, and hopefully win, this seemingly never-ending war. The only question left to ask is where the loyalties of these test subjects lie, and how they’ll go about showing these said loyalties…

Almost 15 years ago, this village
was not lost, no, it was in fact
bustling and full of promise. It's
success too much to handle for
neighboring cities and manors,
for one in particular, Lingmill.
The nobles who watched over
and controlled Lingmill warped
from being in power, were now
sinister and would do anything
for the wealth Arcton was
basking in. They sent in an
army of secret police and militia,
supplied with weapons any of
them desired and an excess of
fire and magic. The army was told
to do destroy the village by any
means necessary.The Village was
silent, the only sounds breaking it
were the cracking of the flames
and the cry of small children,
the secret police laughed at them,
they were the few survivors. One
of the magic wielding police had
become drunk with power and
announced to his fellow guards
that he would lock away these
few children in the remaining
sound buildings, and that they
would be trapped for eternity,
only to be released by their
Soulmate. They laughed with him
knowing that the children would
never be able to escape because
no one would venture to the
village ever again. The Lingmill
public were not told about what
truly happened, only that Arcton
remained as ruins, and the village
was soon forgotten all together.

The Wining Team
[Two barns have been rivals since before they came under their current owners. No one even knows how it started anymore. Now the time has come for the riders to prove who the best is once and for all. This summer is the time for a tournament. Many events will be held at the local show grounds.

Riders gather for may horse training contests. This year a new contest has started for teams of two trainer, One between 16 and 18 and the other between 12-15. The younger is to do most of the work with the older for help. The horses are Chincoteague Ponies, also known as the Assateague horses donated from both herds. They are between the ages of three and four. The all stand between 13.2 and 14.2 hands. The ponies will be Ponies are picked by a drawing. The trainers names are drawn and they pick in the order they are drawn in. This drawing with take place after the normal sale. The Contest is set to run for 1 year. It will start in July after the pony round up and run until the next year the final round is to take place the first weekend in August in a place yet to be picked. There with be a check/event every month. At the end the ponies will be sold at sale or kept by their trainer. The money will be split in half and donated to take care of both herds.

We live in a world full of fantasy and dreams, a world full of beauty and mystic, and strange creatures. Today to most they have been a childhood dream, or nightmare, but as they grow up, they forget, loose their faith, their belif. But could they exist? Could they be real? There is a place. Through a hollow oak tree that walks and down the tunnel then out to the enchanted forest. There live creatures of all sorts, if you find the place be weary, the tunnel drops in random places and you dont want to get to the dark side...

to keep peace the forest is eaquelly split into two sides light and dark, there the creatures are split on their characetr and species, and cannot leave their side a human who falls to the light side has a high chance of survival and will most probably be sent home with a damaged memory, but on the dark side, bad things happen often.

For centuries past there has been a violent and bloody battle between humans and dragons. In this empty battle every dragon that was killed meant an entire village would burn as penance. To avenge that the humans would kill yet another dragon and so on it would go. Generation after generation of humans were taught to hate and kill the winged creatures, they were told that the dragons were soulless creatures incapable of thinking of anything other than killing the innocent. Dragons were taught that humans were violent creatures, incapable of learning or understanding and so the battle continued without any end in sight.
After near a millennium of endless battles a peace meeting was called between the leaders of both the dragons and the humans, victory they realized would never come to either side and so they had decided to end the futile fighting and instead forge a peace that would last just as long. The Treaty of Ceret was signed, promising peace that would outlast the ages.
In the few months after the treaty was signed the humans discovered much about their hated foes, the dragons were discovered to be one of the most intelligent species on this earth, rivalling even humans. Dragons, through their magic have discovered the ability to shift into a human like form with one exception, their eyes for one are usually of an unnatural colour that matches the colour of their scales. In this human form the dragon cannot fly but they still poses their fire breathing ability. Most dragons have used this form to appear less threatening to the humans and to communicate their desire for peace.
A year after the treaty was signed, to mark the end of the battle between dragons and humans and to celebrate the beginning, a marriage was arranged between the two species. In three weeks, on the anniversary of the signing of the treaty, the second prince of the Kingdom of Asiali and the daughter of the Elder Clan of the dragons will be married as, not only a symbol, but a conformation that the peace so longed for by both sides has actually been established.
The daughter of the Elder Clan has arrived in the Capitol of Asiali and even though it has been a year since the treaty was signed, people still harbour hatred, fear, and distrust for the creatures that once burned their crops and slaughtered many of their people, and who are now among them living as ordinary beings. There are many who would do anything to prevent this marriage from taking place, many would even resort to murder. The peace is precariously balanced on the edge of war and if this marriage crumbles so will the foundation on which it stands.

Here you are, living life and not expecting anything major to happen - especially finding love. You weren't seeking it out, or anything, but it just sort of happened. You don't know how, all you know is that you went onto a forum online and met someone. They seemed cool, so you decided to chat them up. You became good friends rather quickly, and something just seemed to click between you two. You talked via text message, online chats, Skype, and pretty much any other way you can think of - practically daily.
Soon, you both realize that the other is interested in being more than just friends. It seems like it was just meant to be, and as crazy as it sounds, you start dating just a month or two after meeting. You always called each other to say good morning, good night, and everything in-between. You always talked about everything you have in common, what you wanted to do when you two finally met in person, and so on. And, believe it or not, people wished they had a relationship like yours, despite the fact that you've never met. Everything seemed like it was just too good to be true - what could go wrong? You met someone you were madly in love with, and who was madly in love with you, always made sure to give them attention, and so on...it's perfect, right?
But, of course, life seems to always get in the way, somehow, doesn't it? It's been about a year and a half since you've made it official and started dating, but you're getting a bit older. There's not just high school, anymore - now, you're both in college, you have jobs, there are extra curricular activities, and plenty more things that you and your lover are being bombarded with. And you both still live rather far away from each other, as you've both gone to different colleges. That, or one of you have had to move away for reasons other than college if you're younger, or perhaps pursuing a career that required you to move. Whatever the case may be, you don't have much time to talk to each other, anymore, and sometimes it will be a couple weeks before you hear from them. It seems like everything's falling apart, and you can't help but wonder if the other person's feelings for you have dissipated. You're stressed out with everything going on, and so are they - this results in arguments, and you're starting to see the tough side of love. You care about them so much, and don't want to lose them, but you're not sure how much more you can take.
No matter what, you're willing to fight just as long as your lover is. You feel like you can fight past all the heartache and chaos of life and get through it. After all, you'd do anything to see your lover face-to-face one day. But will they be willing to? Or will everything fall apart? Only time will tell...

It all started with that one sentence. And now, you have found yourself having to hang out with your worst enemy, in one way or another. Whether you are dared to get a job where they work, or you have to just ask them to hang out, or your friends tricked you into getting trapped in an unavoidable situation with them, you have to hang out with them. Expecting the day to go horribly, you try to try to either get out of it somehow, or you try to just make the best of it. But as time goes on and you learn more about your enemy, will things change? Will you maybe make a friend from this, instead? Only time will tell...

Your whole life, you've been told that music can express peoples' feelings in a way that words have never been able to.
