Is this fair demand wise and rarity wise?

In terms of rarity it's slightly unfair to them - however rats can be a bit tricky to trade off and quantity is pretty popular as a general rule so while demand is something that needs to be determined specifically between the traders involved I would say demand is favoring the quantity side. How much of a difference that makes depends on what you and the other user can agree on. :)

It looks just a touch unfair to them - pets from January 09 are pretty significantly rarer than pets from mid 09 so I think more than a late 10 uncommon advent would be necessary to fill that gap - but it isn't too far off.

The rose set is worth about a line tribal or so but can go for a bit more since it has the demand of being a full set. If you value the roses around a nonballoon the roses would still need to add about another rose PPS for that to be fair.

A bit unfair to you rarity wise

A green toxic is worth 2 balloon dogs, while theres adds up to a bit more than one, (Not sure how much more though)

Although the green toxic is slightly (Not horrendously though) hard to trade, and the roses do have good demand - especially when going in a set.

Very unfair to the Grinner, the Grinner is worth 14 '09 rares; and the Shima has high demand, but not that high.

Very unfair to you - the shima has a bit of demand but it isn't worth near that much at all. In terms of just rarity the grinner is worth 14 times as much as the shima and demand doesn't cover that massive of a gap.

I'm not the best on the demand of the UR MALK right now, but is This a fair trade demand wise? I know tribunals don't have the greatest demand, but does the Hyena + Brown Cookie + the C$ make up for that?
