A friendly hint is to find what the focus of your game is about. It can't just be all "inspire by Chickensmoothie", and if it is you're probably in copryright-infringement waters, so find what the focal point/big idea your game is about. Your main characer is a cow, right? Spin that in somehow !
In response to using CS- keep in mind that the name 'Chicken' 'Smoothie' could be copyrighted, or registered as a company. If you decide to publich your game in the future, especially online, keep in mind how "inspired by CS" your game is.
