Zoey had followed back and gasped. She ran over to Natsume looking at him with worry.

Natsume looked at her, "hey, dont worry, lets just get back home..." he looked at his dad, he could handle himself. he began to trot toward home.

Zoey nodded looking at Shun before trotting after Natsume still slightly worried.

Natsume looked at her, "sorry......" he told her.

"No harm done.........to me atleast."-She said looking at him in his bloody state.-"We should get you cleaned up."

"i'll hit the river." he offered.

"Alright, I'll come with you."-She said letting him lead the way.

he trotted south, and dipped intothe river upstream from his house, he shook uot his coat underwater, and blood floated down the stream.

Zoey moved along beside the river.
