The list pets are on the same tier, so a fair swap. Technically the unknown on their side is not needed.
On another note: your lion has more demand than their rat. The rat might be a little hard to trade off, but thats not a big deal if you find the right person to do so (:

Well, it's technically a fair swap, but the lion has much better demand than the rat. The rat will likely be much harder to trade off. ^^
