Yup. I saw him and Yogi (I think I noticed someone used his pic when I looked at the other thread) in an anime amv on YouTube and HAD to figure out where they were from, especially Gareki. I then ended up totally obsessed with the show. XD

Draco is a platinum celestial key, very rare and hard to find. There are only a few platinum celestial keys in the world, all of which are quite powerful. Most wizards, including many celestial wizards, aren't even aware of the existence of these keys they are so rarely discovered. Draco in particular has been lost for a long time and is now found only in the oldest of books, though rumors fly that his key is floating about somewhere. However, no one has actually seen or possessed it in nearly a thousand years.

Draco appears as a young boy, about fifteen years of age, with messy white hair and bright orange-red eyes. He typically wears jeans, a t-shirt, and a coat with some sneakers and has a tattoo of a kanji glyph on his collarbone. He's fairly short and thin and doesn't appear very threatening at first glance. In his second form, however, he becomes a large, many limbed white and gold dragon with feathers covering his entire body and four, large wings sprouting from his back. He very large, just a bit smaller than a normal dragon, and can fly and breath stardust from his mouth.

Personality wise Draco is a bit of a handful. He's rude and doesn't like to listen to others. He hates being bossed around and also has a terrible temper. When angered he becomes quite rash and even scary. He tends to roll his eyes at others a lot and doesn't take others seriously. On the flip side, though, he also hates when others don't take something serious such as a job. He hates laziness and ignorance above all and is easily irritated by others not listening to him. Basically, he acts like your typical hotheaded teenager. Oh, and don't call him short. NEVER call him short. Ever.

A B I L I T I E S

Dragon Roar;; He roars. Like a dragon. Pretty self explanatory. However, nothing come from his mouth, unlike a Fire or Iron Dragon roar. He literally just roars and the sound and vibration alone will shake the ground and throw an enemy off balance.
Dragon Claws;; A move where he makes a clawing motion at the enemy to strike them. Similar to one of Leo's most used moves.
Dragon Clap;; A move where he stands with legs shoulder width apart and hoods his arms out at his sides. He then brings them together in front of him, resulting in a loud clapping sounds that casts out a massive blast at the enemy, knocking them back off their feet.
Stardust Roar;; Used only in dragon mode, this move is similar to a Fire or Iron Dragon roar in which he admits a blast of starburst from his jaws.

anywho, only old character I'd like to keep is my celestial spirit athena. don't really have a muse for my other characters I had unfortunately.

Right, and assuming you are in fact a wizard, what is your magic?

I-I'm n-not a wi-wizard. I-I'm a ce-celestial sp-spirit, M-my ma-magic i-is li-lightning and Re-relic ma-magic.

Her first and most prominent magic is lightning magic, which allows her to generate and attack with lightning, but her lightning is special in the fact that even a lightning god slayer can't eat it. Her secondary magic, known as relic magic, allows her to make a large scythe which can channel her lightning for more damaging blows, and up to twelve little blade like objects that circle around her that collect lightning and other forms of magic, before sending them forward with a cannon like effect, though they take quiet a while to actually collect enough magic for a full strength blast.

Interesting. So then, why are you at Fairy Tail? Why join here?

Her key is known as a black key, similar to that of the Snake Charmer Ophiuchus, though hers is a golden key with a black lightning like design spiraling around it the beginning of the key is an open diamond shape, and the end is shaped like her relics. She is summoned with the quote: "Open gate of the Lightning Goddess! Athena!"

Ha, thought so. And then, what are you like? You know, your personality. C'mon.

M-my Pe-personality?

Well, This actually depends. Athena has two different forms, and depending on which she appears in, will determine her personality. Her more common form, is rather shy, and not very social. The major downside of this form, is her magic is severely weakened, barely producing enough lightning to give a static shock to someone. Her other form, well, it's made her rather unwanted by many celestial mages, she's got tremendous power, said to be nearly unbeatable in battle...but she likes to battle too much and doesn't care who she's battling, and if she wins a fight against her celestial mages enemy, well, they better be able to force her gate closed or she'll start on them next.

What kind of stuff are you into? You know: interest, likes, dislikes, the such?

I-I d-don't un-understand.

Anything we should know about ahead of time? Any weird habits or nothing?

N-no.

Aside from it being impossible to predict which form she will show up in, she doesn't have any weird habits.

For the most part she's like a little sister to other spirits, although even they don't really like her 'battle' form(she's even challenged the spirit king in this form)

The girl before you is known as project 274, which may sound weird at first. You see, she isn't human,nor is she demon, or any other sort of species, she is often considered nothing more than an 'object', especially by the scientists who originally created her. The project was originally one commissioned by the magic counsel, as a way to disarm mages that were considered too dangerous, but the project was cancelled due to it being 'inhumane'. not too long after, a wealthy individual gained access to information on the project and saw other uses for it, and paid the scientists to restart the program. Upon completion, she was trained to obey whoever held another object dubbed 'project 274.5'. This 'key'(for lack of a better word), acts as a conduit between the holder, and project 274, allowing the holder to use any of the abilities she has stored.

Name; Technically Project 274. But as that would raise far too many questions, her original 'master'(again, for lack of a better word) gave her the name Belle.

Magic Description;

Project 274 was originally commissioned by the council as a way to take the magic away from criminals before releasing them back into the real world, with the option of earning back their magic if the council felt they have been a better member of society, however they felt it would be inhumane to 'create life', and when the wealthy individual found out about it, he re-opened the program with a few modifications. This person wanted to be able to utilize the magics that project 274 took, but the scientist's informed him that too many implanted magics could be dangerous, so he instead had them fashion a key, to act as a conduit between the holder, and project 274.

(If you didn't feel like reading all that, or don't understand her magic after it's this: She can steal the magic of others by touch, but is unable to use them herself, she is also capable of restoring said magic to it's owner. The 'key'[project 274.5] however, allows the holder to use any magic that she may have stored. her magic, so-named by the council before the project was cancelled is called vessel magic. An important side-note: her magic does not copy, it's literally stealing the magic from the original user, rendering them incapable of using it, however she will only do this to npc's[unless direct permission is expressed from a character's owner], she also does not do this without a direct order from the holder of her 'key', even if someone is trying to kill her.)
(though she has a 'key', she is in no way a celestial spirit. she is merely a living vessel...imagine a water bottle for magic, that can do everything a human can xD)

[Due to project 274.5 being lost through time, if belle is accepted the 'key' would likely be a reward for a job.]

also, would it be alright if my keys were platinum as well? my spirits don't really fit as silver keys since those can be bought in stores and are pretty common.
