Larkpaw's ears began to flatten again her head. She rolled her eyes and sighed in exasperation. "Yeah, it's fun to help people who need my help. And no I've never gotten a sign or anything from StarClan." Lark paw stopped when Birchpaw hit her head.

Rose Bullet, Dagger, Silent, and Tiger sat on the edge of the water, and scanned for prey. They had tried all afternoon to hunt unsuccessfully in the water. Since they were all too familiar with hunting in lush green forests. They were trying to get used to the hot gritty sand under their paw and between their toes.

Moonpaw

Moonpaw blushed a bit as Cedarfur gave her a lick on the head. She was a bit embarrassed, being given a gesture usually leaning towards kits, but she was also proud of the cat's praise. As the patrol cautiously approached the black tom, the silver tabby perked her ears as he greeted them, but then froze and said "Kor." What kind of a name is that? She thought, trying to hide her confusion as best as she could.

Ambershade

The brown tom followed the patrol as they continued to pad closer towards the loner. Usually loners weren't this friendly, which made Panther seem odd in Ambershade's eyes. Then he spoke once more, a look of almost shock on his face. Kor? His eyes grew narrow as the name was spoken. Did one of the cats in the patrol know the tom? He supposed he couldn't judge whoever Kor was, considering he too was once an outsider long ago.

Adam

Adam watched as the stray jumped over the fence and back into the forest. Who was that cat anyway? And why was she so interested in him? Surely if she wanted to go looking for housecats she had a wide pick, considering a lot of Twolegs had pets around here. What an oddball. Why on Earth would I want to go out there, and on top of that, why would I go pick a fight with a Clan leader?! He thought with a low hiss. The ginger tabby had enough stray run-ins for one day, and if the she-cat was to come back, she wouldn't be able to find him. Adam would be safe and sound in his comfy Twoleg den, right where he belonged.

Lightningstorm froze, then hesitantly nodded. "He's my brother, Panther..." he mewed, and padded a few steps forward.

Panther gave a low purr, bounding forward to greet him, touching his nose to the gray tom's. "It's been so long, Kor! Where did you go? who are all these cats?" (He's not nessisarily all there in the head...)

lightningstorm flinched at the old name. "Panther, that's not my name anymore... It's Lightningstorm, now. These cat are my clanmates..."

"Oooooh.. So that's why you left. Find a pretty shecat?" Teased Panther, and Lightningstorm only fidgeted uncomfortably.

getting bored of the scenery that was inside her nest, she decided to slip out of the cat door to venture outside. padding down the steps leading up to her nest, and down to the boardwalk, she looked for anything she could maybe catch and toy with for a while.
