Brambleshade
"Ah, I got something that will help" Brambleshade padded over to the herbs in the corner of the den. He took willow bark fout fom the very back. Brambleshade padded back to Hopeheart "Here, eat these" He set the willow bark on the ground in front of Hopeheart. "The willow bark should help ease the pain more than poppy seeds would. I will come to your den to give you poppy seeds to help you get to sleep faster if there is still some pain".

Loststar
Loststar slowly stood up and walked to the entrance of the den. She purred feeling a nice breeze hit her flank, especially because it was hot in her den.

He smiled and ate the roots and dipped his head and respect for the medicine cat and thanked him before returning back to the elders den.

Brambleshade
Brambleshade turned back to Redpaw "Later, we will go looking for herbs, you can go check on Hopeheart in a bit to see if he needs anything". Brambleshade walked out of the den, leaving Redpaw alone. He walked over to a large flat rock that has sat in the sun for awhile. He set one paw on there to see how hot it was Nice and warm. He felt a shiver run through his body as the wind hit him. I don't think anyone would mind if I laid here Brambleshade laid down on his back. His fur soaked up the heat from the rock and the wind didn't bother him anymore.

Loststar
Loststar bounded over to the fresh kill pile and picked out a plump water vole. She finished it in a few swift bites which filled her stomach instantly. She dug a hole in front of where she sat and buried the bones in there.

he lay in his nest and relaxed. the bark was already helping and he felt like he could actually sleep. he dozed off and actually got some rest.

Moonclaw
Moonclaw stood up on the branch, feeling the wind ruffling her fur. She jumped swiftly from branch to branch, heading down the tree until she reached the ground. Moonclaw headed back to camp, keeping her mouth open in case a fox or badger was near her. When Moonclaw reached camp, she raced over to the apprentices den, peeking her head inside to see if Icepaw was awake. She saw Icepaw laying in her nest. Moonclaw shook Icepaw lightly with sheathed claws. "Wake up you sleepy head" Moonclaw hissed silently. Usually Icepaw was awake as soon as the sun shone its first beamed on the camp.[/center]

Icepaw groaned as Moonclaw prodded her. "Wha...What's going on?" She mumbled. It was too early for her brain to function properly.

Darksun woke slowly, blinking the sleep from his eyes. As he scanned the den, he yawned and stretched before standing. He noticed that very few cats were awake, so he decided that it must be early. He mentally cursed his tendency to wake up early as he picked his way carefully through the sleeping warriors. When he stepped out in the morning sun, he watched the cats milling around the camp before he finally settled down in an open area, far enough from other cats that he couldn't hear what they were saying to each other, but close enough to hear their voices.

Goldenfur sighed as he heard Darksun leave the den. Darksun always woke up earlier than him, but he was a light sleeper, so almost any small sound could wake him. He stayed where he was for a while, trying to fall back asleep, but wasn't able to. Yawning, and not fully awake, he left the den and sat in a sunny patch in the camp. He wouldn't approach Darksun. He knew his brother would approach him if he wanted to talk.

Brightblaze was already awake, as usual. She always woke early, because she hated wasting daylight. She had left the den as quietly as she could, trying to avoid waking anyone, before settling down near the entrance to watch the clan come to life in the early morning light.

"Hundreds of badgers are attacking" Moonclaw joked to see if that would get Icepaw awake.

Loststar
Loststar looked around her, seeing cats doing their own things. Loststar sat up and padded over to Goldenfur "I'm going to be gone for a bit to hunt, you will be in charge until I get back".

Swiftfur opened her eyes and yawned. She stood up and padded out of the den. She stretched her forelegs and sat down to groom herself. Once she finished grooming herself she walked out of camp to go hunting.

Nightfoot was sleeping under a big oak tree. He opened his eyes and stood up, stretching his muscles and grooming his fur. He walked over to a little pond and had a drink, then caught a little fish to eat.

Redpaw

The orange tabby tom gave a curt shrug as Brambleshade exited the den. Since he had nothing better to do, he decided he might as well check on the Elder. Redpaw wasn't going to look forward to getting ticks off of old cats' backs, but it wasn't like he could leave all of the work to Icepaw and Scarletpaw, even if it was their job. With an inward groan, he padded out of the Medicine Den to check on Hopeheart. He rolled his eyes and flattened his ears as he caught his mentor sleeping it away on a Sunning-Rock. It's not like he could order Brambleshade to get back to work, even though it seemed that way. Maybe he just thought Redpaw could do all the Medicine Cat work himself? Whatever. I can do just fine by myself anyway, it's not like I need him to guide my every move. Redpaw thought, continuing on to the Elder's Den.
