"That'd be nice. Thanks." Trevor said politly. "So, were you a doctor for a living before the cruise?" He asked. She seemed to know quite a bit more about medical thing then any of the others he'd seen her so far.

Pausing, I looked up, holding the medicine. "No, I'm in college. I'm going to be a marine biologist. But I took a first aid class for babysitting, and I know a bit about this kind of thing from treating marine animals." I shook out the medicine and held it towards him.

(recap? also guys, I'm very busy, biting off more than I can chew and will post a lot less often. as in, I just made my third role-play and I'm in a lot more... halp. that and my brother's giveaway, and I'm looking out for the dreamies of some people. I have poems to write, Warriors to draw, fanfictions to write, shopping to do, a roadtrip pretty soon, and I'm looking for artists. I'm not quitting, just will be inactive. That and school is in about 2 weeks)

"Ah, that makes sense I suppose." Trevor replied. He grabbed the medicine and drank it down. "Thanks." He said. It didn't taste the best but he was grateful for it. He again tried standing and this time he was able to stay up and walk a bit. He held out his hand to her. "I'm grateful for your help." He said.

I cautiously placed my hand in his. I didn't know what he wanted, and I wasn't used to contact with other people. "No problem. You probably shouldn't do too much strenuous movement. You don't want to open it back up."

Mahogany

Mahogany sighed and looked out at the ocean, watching the waves, gently overlapping each other at the shore. She took over her shoes and walked towards it, sinking her feet in the sand, at the exact point water met land. It was the perfect place, still steady, but moist, and with the water pooling around her ankles and splashing on her heel. She sighed peacefully and closed her eyes, raising her head to the sun and spreading her arms. So this is what it's like to be free... Free of pain, sorrow, and all those other things. She was aware everybody else might watch her, but the sun warming her face told her not to worry. Those girls back home... they'll never hurt me now. Never. Not when I feel like I've been kissed by an angel. She wiggled her toes a bit, feeling only the moist sand that had buried them. She blinked open her eyes, still smiling happily, looking up at the sun. When the pain of the sun's rays hit her, she looked down to watch the horizon. It was peaceful. It was calm. It was happy.


(Do you think we could have a discussion page for this? also, wanted so badly for her to see a killer whale, or for a tsnuami to come xD just because)
