About the nursery
Welcome to the nursery, where cute litte baby vaikis are born! Some vaikis settle down with a mate and have a family, though not all vaikis do so. It's encouraged for vaikis to mate for life, but not required as that isn't in the personality of all vaikis. Baby vaikis hatch from nests of one or two eggs. The eggs are speckled with the colors of the babies.
Nursery Rules
- All of a vaiki's current children must have owners before that vaiki can breed again.
- Vaikis may breed up to four times.
- Dwarf vaikis can only breed with other dwarfs, and full sized vaikis can only breed with other full sized ones. Full-sized vaikis will have growing children and dwarf vaikis will have dwarf children.
- You must own one (or both) of the vaikis breeding to post a ticket, and have permission from the other owner.
- The vaikis must be owned for at least a month before breeding.
- The vaikis breeding must have been adults for at least one month.
- There is a cooldown of one month.
- The parents' owners can decide between keeping, gifting, or adopting out the child.
- Same-sex pairs can breed.
- All main vaiki rules apply to vaikis adopted from the nursery.
Genders and Twins
Whether or not there will be twins is determined by the random generator. If 2, 4, or 7 is picked out of 10, there will be twins. As for genders, it's up to the artist whether they roll genders, pick genders after designing the child, or occasionally leave them up to the owner to decide.
