Same here! I've always wanted that also. All of the Hanoverians (as far as I know) are all in dressage poses, and my Hano and I always did the hunter/jumpers. I know there are people on etsy who will resculpt some Breyer molds but it depends on the mold and artist. So perhaps, if you have a mold or model you like, but wish it was in a different pose, you may have some luck there! I know most artists will add or subtract female/male bits, but I agree - it's a lot harder to find someone who can totally remold a Breyer.
I wouldn't even care of someone remolded the breyer lol while it would be cool, it gets really expensive. XD I just want the paint to look right.
