{ Tempest sat and over looked the male that was close on the omega's heels, before coming to her decision. It was not yet completed, as with the many loner's, but she figured there would be a lot of new wolves today. "If this is regarding the loner behind you joining our pack i have not yet decided on how many we will be allowing to join. There are quite a few on territory today." Tempest heaved a sigh before continuing, "So tonight i will have all wolves gather for a pack meeting, with all loners who wish to come to join and we will decide as a pack. Until then, feel free to show around your friend the pack territory, as i have a good feeling of him," Tempest finished with a small smile to both wolves. Then turning back to her friend's brother she smiled, "So what would you like to know Theo?"}

      Theo stayed behind Tempest as she spoke the the omega about the wolf that was standing behind her. She seemed like a rather kind Alphaess, something he wasn't used to. The Alphas he ran into with his father were brash and angsty. One wrong move and you were dead. Her change in behavior towards them from his brother made him slightly curious, but it he could talk to Agape about that. No reason to step on any toes here. She turned around to Theo and he half smiled at her while she addressed him. He thought for a few moments, she had given him a rather detailed tour and he was sure he'd get to know the place a little better with some wondering. "Are there any other water sources than the river? Or just the one?" he asked curiously, feeling like there had to be a few more.

{ "Yes, there is more then one. We have two small creeks with just a trickle here and there, though more in the winter or rain season, that run there and that way," She said, throwing her in the directions of the two. One was close to where he had met his brother, the other running on the other side of the territory as the boundary line. "Both creeks eventually meet the river which goes through the territory over there, " Tempest through her head north of where they where, "which wraps around to the lake over there." After pointing at all the directions she shook her head casually, fluffing up her fur. She thought back to one of the first times her and Agape had truly spent a day just relaxing together, running down the river and creeks, jumping into the lake. There were not many other packs around the lake, only one, but it still counted as a boundary for them.}

Amaro // 7 1/2 years // Brute // No love life // Rogue // Border of the pack's territory // Tagged ;; No one [open] // OOC ;; Minor recap? c:

It was a cool, beautiful afternoon. The type afternoon's that were rare where he came from; usually it was all snow and hail. This type weather used to be so precious, so reveled, and he was used to be no exception to the rule. Until they had betrayed him. Slew a part of him that could never grow back, and took everything away. The sun's rays bled across the trees, illuminating the emerald hue of their surface; the birds sung, and the wind blew his thick pelt the wrong way, rushing up his spine in what used to be a pleasurable way. Yet here he was, wandering aimlessly as he had been for years to come without the slightest care about the weather. Today was no exception. The older was searching for his destiny, an answer to the one question that had eluded him and taunted him for years, and that was much more important the warm sun and jovial manner of traitors. Amaro hesitated for just a second, lifting his head higher, his long legs gathering beneath him a peculiar manner as he shifted stances. The sun was at it's highest point; no doubt his progress had been heavily hampered due to an unfortunate change of events. The pleasant weather would no doubt draw patrols, so he knew he had to continue steadily southeast, for more fair weather laid that way, and perhaps the solitude that he sought. A deep, sixth sense within him told him it was close; that, and the smell of wolves and deer laid heavily around the area. No pale-skins, no thunderous beasts, and no bears. It was about time; the trip here had been an arduous trek, made quite entertaining and painful by a few key events. I shall double my pace and arrive there shortly. Hopefully, I have arrived soon enough to be alone. The petite ebony brute let his silver maw part as he inhaled the scents around him, his dark, flecked amber eyes flickering to and fro, taking in everything around him. The older male was being very wary, for he was injured; a deep, massive claw mark scored his flank, deep, painful and raw.

The tall male knew he was quite lucky to be alive now, considering the situation the painful wound was earned in. Another rogue wolf, a pack and a bear was never a good scenario to be placed within. The memory was quickly shoved away as the hissing sound of fast leaves rustling in the breeze reached his erect ears. Lifting his head up, Amaro increased his pace, parting his silver maw once more to be sure he was alone. He couldn't tell. The smell of more than a dozen wolves reached his nostrils; fresh, but no sounds betrayed a presence nearby. Regardless, he could tell that some wolves were rogues. Most actually. Peculiar, considering that he smelled no blood, nor heard any signs of conflict. But that is none of my business unless they intervene. Amaro, admittedly was in one of his more passive-aggressive neutral moods. The trek, the pain, and many other factors had placed him so, as long as the rumors. But that was for another time. As Amaro neared the border, he spotted a puddle. Lowering his head to the water, his shattered reflection gazed back at him. The same long lashes, flecked amber eyes, petite body and extremely long legs gazed back at him. The ebony brute could tell he'd lost some weight, but he was quite lucky that the wound wasn't infected and that he hadn't starved. Not many decent shelters or prey were available in the rocky cliffs of the mountain that he had just traversed.

Lowering his silver maw to the water, the older wolf opened his maw and let the cool, refreshing water circle his tongue, before cupping his tongue letting it slide down his throat. After a few more replications of this, his thirst was fully quenched. Now, it was time to get a survey of his surroundings. Amaro's sharp almond gaze rested upon a sharp, slick rock jutting out of the ground in a small clearing. The only problem was it was in pack territory. I must take advantage of this opportunity while I still can. With hardly a moment's hesitation, the long legged male rose from his drink, and crossed the border; he wasted no time clambering upon the rock. Straightening to his full height, the extremely tall male began to survey the surroundings. Only then did he allow his thoughts to wander.

It has taken 4 months to travel into better weather, but I am here now. The bear struck me well, but the rogue that dared to try and slew me in my slumber has it much worse, or better, depending on what he was seeking- rest peaceful in eternal sleep, friend. The wound that the mother gave me needs to be rested; the best den no doubt are deep within the forest's protective canopy. But that is where the wolves are- I must skirt, head northwest, a bit off from my original destination. Speaking of which, it is rather peculiar that there are so many rogues gathering within the pack's territory?. What has occurred in this territory that it has attracted this much attention? Perhaps there is prey to be had. But, that will only detriment me if it I am caught scouring. For now, I must gain full strength, and continue on my search without attracting too much attention. I shall rest here; perhaps for an extended amount of time if this territory proves plentiful.

the little female sat quietly. the eyes of the assistant caretaker were narrowed. that's how she kept everything in focus. her eyesight was never the best, and she was quite surprised when tempest allowed her to have her desired rank even though she knew about her eye problem. if her eyes were wide open, many things seemed blurry, when they weren't open all the way, everything looked normal. a sudden cold wind chilled the fluffy-coated evergreen. it seemed to swirl about her. the sun was no help. all it seemed to do at the moment was do it's usual cycle as it watched everything below it continue to shiver even though it was the end of winter. the harsh, harsh winter. many times it threatened to take her life, and she often wondered how she even survived. evergreen got lost in her maze of thoughts, but snapped out of it when she noticed a large black male making his way over to her. what did she do? did she break a rule? she began to tremble slightly. only the elders talked to her willingly because they knew of her thirst for knowledge, causing her to be almost as wise as them. the only time a wolf her own age or lower spoke to her was because they had to.
evergreen froze when the brute stopped in front of her. to her surprise, he spoke with kindness and his only intention was to engage in small talk with her. at least as far as the little wolf could tell. "h-hello, kit. my name is-is evergreen..." her voice was soft and timid, "and the pleasure is all mine, she quickly added.

the sun's rays settled on the black brute's matted-down coat, engulfing him with the little warmth they provided in the end of winter. he sat on the cold rock with his eyes closed. he felt so peaceful and relaxed; something he hasn't felt since before he realized the responsibility that was going to be bestowed onto him. the only thing he cared to listen to at that moment was the river that roared at him & the world surrounding and the steady drip of water falling off of his fur. all of his worries seemed to disappear from his mind. the pack has barely eaten... there has to be something i can do, gone. there are so many loners. are they going to band together and overthrow tempest?, gone. we have to survive this. but can we?, gone. and that is only a few of his questions that often stressed him. he felt as if time had stopped, and he never wanted it to start again.
the scout's serenity was short-lived, for the sound of the leaves rubbing together of trees and bushes caused talon's eyes to open. as soon as he caught the first sight of color and movement, everything came flooding back to him. the worries. the scents. the terrible memories. the responsibilities. reality. with a sigh, he hung his head. talon knew he wouldn't be able to get that exact same feeling back again. and he knew it would be a long time before he could feel something moderately close to what he felt only moments ago. his ears flicked when he heard rocks tumbling back into place. he looked over in the direction of the noise, and jumped slightly when he saw another wolf, causing him to slip off the rock.
talon fell into the strong river with a splash. despite being quite frail for a grown male wolf, he still had muscle and used it to get back onto shore quite a ways down the riverbank before he was swept away. he pulled himself back onto the solid ground. the brute lay there, panting. as soon as he recollected himself, he stood up. everything looked so cold and dark. the river seemed to be laughing at him. his heart still was thumping rapidly from the adrenaline. colors seemed to be blended together. he shook his head before he started to make his way back up stream where he saw the other wolf. he quickened is pace as he got closer, wondering if it was a loner. talon felt extremely relieved when he realized it was just a pack member. but what was her name? tyra? lyla? who knows how many names he went through before it finally came to him. the brute stopped a few feet away from the fae, "hello, lyla," he dipped his head in respect.

As the young brute approached he could tell the small fae tensed up as if he was going to attack. He chuckled slightly, Do I really look that scary? he thought as he looked at the newcomer with interest. Kit had never been one for small talk, he was more the silent type but he could tell the fae seemed lost in the pack, looking for someone to interact with. He sat in front of her, tail wagging slowly behind him. "I hope you don't mind the company. he said pausing to see if she would object, he was not one to force a conversation although he had been on the receiving side of a few conversations he had wished to escape from, "Pack life can get very boring sometimes and it's nice to be able to sit and talk with friends on days like this, even help each other with tasks"he spoke softly, "If you ever need a hand with anything just let me know ok? Don't be afraid to ask"

Aurora sat outside the camp, staring into the forest. She could feel herself growing tired from being awake nearly the entire night but she couldn't sleep. She sighed heavily as she looked to the sky, wondering who would be awake in the camp right now. She stood slowly and began heading back to camp. As she reached the camp, she lazily looked around to see if anyone needed her before plopping herself down in the shade of the closest tree. She sighed heavily, unsure of what to do with her day. She flicked her tail against her back to get rid of the flies.

      Agape watched as tempest walked off with his brother, almost whining when she walked so close to him. Taunting him from their past friendship. But he kept himself together. He walked off towards where one of his common places for finding rosemary. Something he found he was using a little more frequently this year more than ever. He sighed softly as he trudged on towards the creek they stayed by. Agape was mostly talking to himself, flustered as to how he could possibly fix his relationship with Tempest, the one she seemed to have no care in fixing. Just taunting him and reminding him of the one time he lost his temper around her. Agape rarely did such a thing, but when his temper got the better of him, it was hard to hold him back.
      Either way, he would do what he could with the fae, but for now he had to focus on the pack. Right, he thought to himself, 'the pack.' They were something he hadn't been to attentive to. Normally Agape checked up on everyone every other day. But ever since his fight with the Alphaess, he had avoided almost very one and took him self into seclusion. He had to get back to making sure all was well with his pack mates. The fact that he was so unaware of the rest of the pack probably didn't help their current state if health.
      A growl escaped the caretakers mouth, and then a scent entered his nose. It was that of a loner. He tilted his head slightly and followed the scent, staying hidden in the brush. He saw a brute standing on a rock and Agape tilted his head towards him. Slowly he walked out to confront the male. "You don't seem to be a pack member... So what brings you to our territories border?"

    theo loner || in the forest || tags:; tempest

      Theo nodded as he listened to her, watching her body gestures as she spoke about the territory. "Alright, sounds good... Thank you, Tempest. Your hospitality is very welcomed. I have been searching a long time for my family. And I'm thankful you'll allow me to stay." he said with a smile as he dipped his head to her. "Might I ask how long Agape and my mother have been in the pack?" he asked curiously. They had been separated for almost two and a half years, and he wanted to know how long they had been alone after the earthquake that killed most of his old pack.

{"Any friend or family of Agape's is my friend, and therefor welcome in my pack, " Tempest said with a nod to the wolf. "Agape and Killua came here a year and a half ago I believe, something around that. Back then this pack was barely a pack, ten wolves at most, so we'd take anyone who needed a home so long as they helped the pack in some way," She stated calmly. To be honest thinking back to the past made her solemn and sad, as everything brought her back to the argument with her friend. What she had just been was mean, but at the same time it was a attempt to show she was still there. }

The female nodded softly as she turned looking to Caleb, "Okay. I guess we can go around the camp now" She spoke softly bringing her paw to her muzzle and giving it a soft lick. "Come follow me" She spoke softly her ears pinned back as she licked her muzzle a bit letting out a small yawn. "Here we have the dens" She pointed with her nose softly around to the few caves that covered the place. "Over here we have a river that runs trough the territory, along with two creeks that flow into the river" She spoke softly before she began pointing a few other land marks giving there names. She softly moved licking her muzzle as she looked to the brute, "Now that's our camp. I would show you the territory but im not sure i can" She spoke softy licking her chest as she looked around. Her tail was still curled tightly around her leg as she let out a soft yawn looking at the ground.

Listening softly to the forest sounds as he ran his tongue across his muzzle looking to the female, he thought about the females name for a little before nodding softly 'Killua' he said to himself before looking to the female giving a small yawn. "Oh you know just wondering" He spoke softly, the brute did kinda think why he was out here. Licking his muzzle again as he looked at the female giving a small smile. His white fur blew around covering his eyes as he gave his body a quick shake. Licking his chest as he scented the air a few scents of rabbit seamed to be around but other then that nothing. Clouds hovered over the sun giving a darker look to the forest although soon they floated away, the sun returning to the forests gaze. He smiled softly blinking his round eyes, he had saw his daughter come back into the camp there for he was not worried anymore, but what the brute did not see was the loner that followed her. He looked to the forest surrounding them before the grass waved a little around his paws as he shuffled his claws into the dirt.

evergreen listened to him in silence. she decided to take this time to observe the male's features. to begin with, he without a doubt wasn't that much older than her. he seemed to be at the prime age of his life; not to young, but not old, and fit. if evergreen could say so herself, he had an exceptionally well built body. it was muscular and he didn't have the skinniness caused by the harsh winter that everyone else seemed to have at this time. he had kind eyes and evergreen could tell he had no intention of being rude to her. the little female finally let herself relax a little. when he had finished talking, it took ever a few seconds to process what he had said because there was so much to respond to. with a deep breath, she finally spoke again, "it's perfectly fine. i am just not used to having company from others my own age," her voice was still small, "and i promise i will try to ask, but i tend not to... and you can ask me if you need help with anything as well" evergreen laughed nervously. all she could think about was how stupid she may or may not have sounded, but there was nothing she could do now but wait for his response.
