What the heck am I gonna use these for? *plops on butt to wait for divines to go into sales*

@American - I bought them... because they were putting divines into the sales so randomly. I have 3 Wilds (all tamed) and a Sapphire divine.

But now I just went and bought an Xthanos for 30 passes 500e. I've never seen them cheaper than 36 passes, and he was the only one for 30 passes. *pats self* I am a happy person. I've wanted an Xthanos for... *checks seniority* 951 days?

@American Pharoah - I remember the ONE time I won a HOP. e.e It was seniority day #386 and that was a couple years ago I believe I'm wondering if the system has glitched or if I am just really that unlucky? So... I just bought one. I was like HAHA HOWRSE, AT LEAST I GOT THE DIVINE..! I did get an MA out of the one HOP I won.

Someone gave me a HOP so I could win a grand prix ticket that's the only time..

Ugh. Is it me or wasn't it long ago that the Sleipnirs were available in some kind of chance item? At this rate they'll be worthless, they were already going for really cheap in the sales from the last re-release. I wish they had re-released the gem divines or the rainbow divines instead.

I believe you're thinking of the greyfells!
tbh, I don't terribly see the point in buying Sleipnirs- besides being divines, their skills aren't terribly high. They don't have any added bonus like the Falabellas... The greyfells at least can earn you diamonds and equus.
I am really hoping that they re-release the gemstone divines or the rainbow ones...
Although, re-releasing the wind divines, water, or solar ones would also be fine by me Cx

so I haven't been on the UK server in a while, and I went to check on my account
I entered the lottery once by paying 200 equus
and then after about 3 days, I come back and I have more pms, "your prizes from the lottery draw"

apparently I kept winning lottery tickets XD
now I have a bunch more stuff on the UK server >:3

meanwhile on the international server I got a harmony pack! very happy about that :)

The temptation to buy lots of passes is nearly overwhelming, but I feel like Howrse has too many promotions these days and it devalues the worth of divines and BM items because they're so accessible. I'm not saying that that is a bad thing; I remember when I first started and the only way to get BM items was through buying passes. It was more elitist and exclusionary, and by changing the system they're allowing a far wider userbase to get involved and participate for longer. But it's also obviously driven by profit and I'm just so ... ughsuha to spend or not to spend.

Just to let everyone know, I've been told there is a bug on the lotto at the moment (on international) not sure about anyone else but I've only been able to get bolts and harmony packs as the best things, so I'd hold out on buying passes until that's fixed
I'm not sure about others servers or anything sorry I've been told by a friend and it makes sense since I asked 3 friends who get oads of tickets each time and they've not gotten anything good
Hopefully Howrse will fix that soon

I personally think you should hold off for now. Wait until there is a divine that you really want and has nice perks. Or you can wait until you get a UFO thing that says +5 or +10 passes to make the most out of your money.

Well that explains why my prizes are always tack, aging points and equus! I was getting annoyed with the prizes and thought I should stop spending on this lottery. Thanks for the heads up!
