My Intuos can't link with my computer so we had to send it back :c

probably too late, but did you make sure it was plugged in completely? mine is really, really stubborn sometimes. it'll seem like it's plugged in at the tablet when it's really not.

also a thing to be potentially aware of... the little rubber sheathing over the cable is pulling away from the micro usb connector on mine.

No, My computer is too old and there is no update to fix its 'vintageness' xD.
