Thistlekit flicked his tail to Maplekit, indicating that he had seen her thanks but he didn't want to make it obvious to Sandstar "But we weren't! Isn't that the most important thing." he growled slightly his tail flicking. He flicked his ears towards Frostkit and bit back a sharp retort, he knew the leader was flustered with anger but something in his mind didn't care. The only thing that made him feel bad was his mother, her pelt bristling, anxiety pooling from her as she looked to Lunarwing.

(I would have Stormflight come help but he is supposed to be out hunting with Spikeflame :c )

Adderbite rasped his tongue along her cheek "You're a great warrior, and Stormpaw is going to make a great warrior. Lunarwing has her hands full right now, I am sure she won't be upset at you for not being able to visit her often. We can head back to camp now if you would like?" he meowed softly, his tail resting gently around her back.

"It's one of them- but I can tell you're not listening. It matter that you listen this time, so that next time you don't make the same mistake, because it may cost you." Sandstar meowed.

Mothpaw's eyes glowed. His first hunting trip- and with Mistoaw. "Sure, but I'm not too good at hunting yet. Or fighting, for that matter."

Maybe when Sandstar is done she could take Fallenpaw out for training or something? Just a suggestion

Lunarwing found it hard to speak as everything happened, and worry made her even more protective. She looked down at Thistlekit and Maplekit, thinking about how she'd neglected her responsibility to watch them. But then she thought of Petalflower, a small flare of anger rushing through her. "Sandstar, I apologize deeply for the accident. It won't happen again, I assure you." Lunarwing wanted to take as much stress off of her leader as possible, and even though this was quite a problem, it was small compared to the other things Sandstar had to deal with. "Thistlekit, Maplekit, we're going back to the nursery."

Oakkit bounded over, just noticing the small argument between the kits and their leader. He thought it would go on, but Lunarwing's tone left no room for back talk. He couldn't place it, but a small but of heat resisted from her pelt... Anger? He pushed himself close to her side, feeling her warmth.

"Oakkit, Foxkit, it's time to go." She meowed, padding into the nursery after Maplekit and curling up in her nest, pulling her kits close. She looked to Petalflower, then to Maplekit, who looked lonely and dejected. Lunarwing looked at Petalflower once more, then stood and picked up Maplekit by the scruff, placing her alongside her own kits, then laid down and pulled her tail around them. Lunarwing wasn't sure if something bigger was going on, but she could tell that Maplekit wasn't in the best of situations, and didn't seem to want to go to her mother for support, whatever the reason. She licked Maplekit's ear, then looked to Thistlekit as well. "Do you two want to talk about it?" She asked, referring to the incident which had just happened.
