Sandclaw heard Shadowkit's wail and ran out of camp in a hurry. When he finally reached the lonely kit, he was startled at the sight of the bear because they were rarely ever on the territory. He panicked and paced back and forth, wondering to himself what he should do in this miserable situation.

Sagestep was shocked about Frosttails actions. He seemed to care about her more than she had thought. Sagestep looked around at her surroundings. Everywhere she looked there was a dark forest warrior somewhere fighting with another cat. She took a breath and looked over at Frosttail. "I think we have hope."

she grabbed Shadowkit and saw a cat and growled, she ran off.

Shadowkit

he yelped in pain from the bears teeth, let go he groaned.

Sandclaw would have to go back to camp and fetch more warriors to fight the bear.

➳ Silverdawn had gone out to hunt and when she dropped the prey as she heard the growls from a bear and yelps of fear. She darted on her paws catching glimpse of it with her eyes wide. She hissed leaping out of the bush at the bear.

She saw the bear and growled. "I must help them!" she told Wild.

Ivytail leaped on Hollytail and hissed. She clawed the queen's belly.


Hollytail hissed but as weak as she was she could not fight back.

He lay there watching Tigerheart and Cloverwing. "Why don't you just flip me on my back?" he growled. He was too big to get up on his own when he fell on his back.

Cloverwing furiously growled. "What?! Are you trying to get us to help you?!" She snarled. She then unsheathed her claws and clawed his muzzle, "you are staying right where you are mousebrain!" She hissed and lashed her tail out.

she growled and looked at the cat in front of her and clawed at it weakly.

he passed out from the bear still alive.

she looked down at the clan from starclan, SHADOWKIT NO! she yelled.

Redpelt jumped as she yelled.

Wild growled. "White birch... you need to rest! If anyone's going to fight the bear it'll be me." he barked quietly. Wild glanced over at White Birch sadly. "See you soon. I need to help." he said and brushed up against her. As soon as Wild setted off, he heard his kit speak. "Oak of course not! You're far too young to take on a bear!"

Spiderpelt faced Ivytail with a frown. "Pick on someone your own size. Like me!" he yowled as he jumped onto her shoulders with his claws unsheated and his ears laying flat on his head.
