He turned towards Sagestep with a worried gleam in his eyes. ''Are you alright? I don't know if we're going to win this battle.'' His worried blue gaze turned to some of the Darkforest warriors that were in camp. ''There are so many of them.''

The lynx point apprentice hissed and she swiped at Kestrelflight with unsheathed claws. Moonpaw couldn't tell if her battle move had any effect on the cat. She had joined the Darkforest, so why would it hurt to be loyal? Moonpaw's fur was bristling and the she-cat looked almost twice her normal size. Her ears were folded against her head to try to keep the other cat from getting ahold of them.
