I was told the August PPS can go for about a mid September. Though I can't say exactly, it might be good - but also, I've seen someone offer a Shima plus more for the August.

Unfair to the bottom rarity wise.
It's normally supposed to go for two '09 rares. Due to demand, it's possible it might go for a low advent.

They would need to add about a '13 common + '12 common plus '11 very common or so.

Going by demand and rarity, how fair is the pocky box for a cocoon PPS?

The pocky box goes for usually a 2009 rare, so it's unfair to the cocoon.

I would say the third. The GBC has nice demand and so do the androids. However, the August PPS has very high demand.

The second is the best. It has about the value of a first tier advent - about 3 - 5 2009 rares.
