There's A Rat On The Second Trade Thats Pretty High On The September List, And Warrior Cats Have Great Demand. I Would Go With The Second. Although i Do Love The CS$ Amount On The Other Side. ( Although Both Are Pretty Overpay..) The Rat Goes For Like 220-230 BUT You Most Likely Will Never Get That For A Rat. (Maybe 50? )

The 2nd bid has a BMD tier list rat so I personally would accept that, though demand for the Shima is kind of outrageous and list rats don't have great demand. It's personally up to you though.
