Any opinions on this one? I'm kinda hesitant to trade off so much of my fodder, as I'm not sure if this is fair...

You're gonna need a second opinion, but I'd say it's profit. I mean - the highest pet you've got in that trade is the UR lion, right? And isn't a moonswirl worth more than 4 nons? That sounds promising.

I'm sure the UR Cucumber has less demand than the Raven dog (like a lot less demand), but would the demand+other stuff compensate for the rarity disparity?

I have the cucumber and I've been offered the same trade. But to be honest, as much as it's a pain trading off fruit and the raven gets alot of hype, it simply isn't worth it. Think about it: what's the most a raven has gone for? I've no idea, but let's say it's a sorbet. You could get a sorbet with your cucumber easily, no matter how bad the fruit demand is. That's where I'm at: but hey, if the raven is one of your dreamies and you're sincerely going to keep it, go for it!
