1. join a really really bad roleplay
2. sit somewhere near a drain/public sewer and just stare at it
3. just force yourself to write
4. drink water and various liquids while repeating step 3

• if it doesn't have a smell but was really loud, write something
  inspirational.
• if it didn't make noise and smelled horrible, write a mystery.
• if smelled hella weird (like, potato chips) then write a story
  including animals or fantastical creatures.
• if you felt it but it didn't smell or made little to no noise,
