She saw Daze. "Are you alright?" She asks concerned for him. It wasn't that she liked him for anything it was just that he was the closest thing she had to a friend. She had never really had a friend but it seemed like maybe just maybe they could be friends. She shook thay from her mind. Daze might not be feeling happy and she wanted to know why if that was the case maybe he was just fine and she was being annoying.

Icicle padded away to the warriors den and layed in a ball. "I think I like him. But...I don't know how to Love... "Icicle sighed

Daze smiled at Candy, "Everything is fine." He said, "I am just worried about White Flame, that's all." He looked over at Icicle and felt bad. Did I lead her on to much? He asked himself. Daze returned his attention to Candy.

"Oh alright!" She smiles back. "While you were talking with Alpha I caught something. I didn't know you were a warrior." She tells him steering away from the thing about what she had done. He was a really nice wolf. using a forepaw she smooths some of the fur on her tail. "Why are you worried about him?" She asks looking back up at him curiosity gleaming in her eyes.

Icicle sighed and slowy closed her eyes and fell asleep.

Daze bit his lip to hold back a remark. He walked into the warrior den. (WB)

White Flame was taken a back back Star's comment, "you mean... You like me?" White Flame said confused. "How could you like me?" He shook his, how could he tell her that he didn't feel the same? Why did he feel like dating the first and probably only wolf that would ever like him feel like a sin? "How could you like me?" He repeated trying to get his mind around that, "You can't like me... If you do, you should know I am just going to break your heart, not like Daze, but... You know what I mean."

Xavier rolled his eyes. (wb too! TWINS)

Star closed her eyes, feeling the tears roll down her cheeks. She didn't care that he was seeing her cry. "Wh-wh-who is it? Icicle?" She asked.

"White Flame just spends a lot of time trying to please Xavier for I reason which I can't understand, and earlier today, Xavier must have yelled at him or something. I know that would hurt him worse than anything else in the world, and... I just haven't seen him since." Daze said swishing his tail. Candy would probably make a very trustworthy friend.

White Flame swallowed, he hadn't really admitted it to himself yet... "You don't seem to understand... I'm not looking for a girl friend..." He blinked away tears and bit his lip, "I couldn't date you... How could date someone when the wolf I like is so close them..." He looked away from Star embarrassed to face the truth.

She nods slowly listening to every word. "I don't know what to say about that. I understand why you would want to please the alpha. It would make sense you know. It's just that, I know this is odd coming from a wolf who has never been in a pack but I know more than you may think. Anyway, is he high ranking? My mom was in a pack once and she told be about it but then she became a loner. I know a little though. Maybe he tries so hard because he is afraid if he doesn't do well enough he will lose his position?" She suggests. It was just a guess but maybe just maybe it could help.

Icicle opened her eyes and layed on her back. She looked at Daze. She smiled a tiny bit then got up.She trotted past him and went to the forest hoping to find some food, or even a friend.

Daze looked over at Icicle and smiled back at her. "I don't know... I mean he is beta, but I don't think Xavier would demote him..." Daze said, he shook out his fur, "I just hope Xavier is in a better mood when White Flame returns. That's enough about my family. What about yours?" Daze said changing the subject.
