It is a little unfair to them. The twa is two tiers higher than the brown border collie. The gap between these tiers is one 09 rare. Their 10 rare plus two 09 uncommons make up for one 09 rare, so the 3rd 09 uncommon would not be needed.
Though the twa does have a bit of demand and might go for little overpay if you find the right person (:
