[WildlingQueen]

(Thistlekit is at the entrance with Maplekit. They killed a poisonous snake together and were trying to show off but got in trouble with Sandstar. Acorntail, Mistpaw, Mothpaw, and Sandstar are all with them.)

Thistlekit looked over to Maplekit and nodded "Name any other kits who could have done that!" he meowed under his breath so that only Maplekit could hear him. Suddenly his ears perked forward at Lunarwing's voice "Oh... great..." he meowed, unenthusiastically.

Sandstar's gaze met Lunarwing's. "Lunarwing, please come here?" She meowed.

Lunarwing's ears flattened as she spotted her kit with Sandstar. To be honest, she was terrified to hear what had happened, and hoped Sandstar was not angry with her, but she hid her fear and bounded over, scooping Thistlekit close and holding him there as she spoke with Sandstar. "I'm so sorry, I thought he'd gone off with Maplekit to explore the camp. I–" she cut herself off, taking a deep breath. "I'm sorry. What happened?" She asked, right as the scent of a snake found its way to her. She would have freaked out normally, but all of the cats here seemed fine.

"These two went 'exploring.' Not only that, but they encountered a snake- which by the way, was poisonous, and killed it. Which, was very lucky that that opposite did not happen." Sandstar's tail flicked.

Thistlekit let his mom sweep him closer, but his eyes met Maplekits. "What are you glaring at me for?" he asked, his voice low. He flickered his tail, glancing once up at Sandstar before looking away again. Anger bubbled in his chest, why was it so wrong that they explored? They hadn't been hurt and warriors got to do it all the time.

"Well, I care, and you need to know that. And yes, it does matter. Because I'm thinking about giving you a punishment. I may leave that for the queens to decide." The she-cat was angered by the two kits anarchy- it wasn't normal in kits. Apprentices, perhaps, but not kits.

Thistlekit glared at Sandstar, his pelt bristling but said nothing. He wasn't about to apologize for killing a snake. Warriors didn't have to apologize so why should he? But as she turned her attention to Maplekit he leapt forward "It was my idea, not Maplekit's. She shouldn't have to be punished for it." he meowed, his eyes narrowing at the she-cat. He glanced at Maplekit, had it been any other kit he wouldn't have cared about them getting in trouble, but there was something about this kit. He quickly returned his gaze to Sandstar, his tail lashing.

I do know, however, that you two broke a rule by leaving camp." Her whiskers twitched. "Do you understand how dangerous it is for cats your age to go out in the forest? There are badgers, foxes, twolegs, you name it. They're pick you off before we'd even know you were gone."
