Daze laughed, "atleast there are no horrifying, tragic animal stories to tell" He suddenly remembered the story White Flame told him about the cougars. He cringed and shook out his fur, "let's keep walking," he suggested.

White Flame looked up at Star noticing she was sad. He was slightly confused that she had taken his attempt of friendliness in such a negative way. "Is everything ok?" he asked with concern in his voice. "If you want to talk about anything, I am here to listen. You know, I wise wolf once told me to talk about how you feel," White Flame said basically quoting what Star had just told him.

Daze nodded and returned to his normal, flirty self. (WB)

Candy Hearts

She stopped for a moment tilting the bone to the side and hen she began to gnaw on it. Using her back teeth she began to carve in something that looked like a cave. More like a den really. The den where her mother had raised her. One day Candy had wandered away. She was pretty young when that happened. She didn't know how to take down big prey at that time so she lived off of rabbits squirrels and mice. She would try to carve a wolf but that might be hard. But then something made her head poke up. She smelled other wolves. At least she thought she did before the wind shifted. "Hello?" She calls. She wanted to be sure.

Daze perked his ears. He looked at Icicle and motioned for her to stay where she was, there might be danger. He quietly walked over towards where the sound came from, "Is someone here?" He barked, fur on edge.

Candy Hearts

She shoves her ears forward and lifts her tail. She was not just about to submit to this wolf. "Yes someone is here." She barks planting her paws firmly in the ground. She brushed the bone she had behind her and continued to stand there waiting for the wolves to show themselves. Though she did not want to fight if it came to that. She forces her fur to lay flat and waits for the next response.

Daze snorted, " Good, your not that "Emerald" wolf." He said flicking his standing up strait with a dominate gleam flirtatious eyes, "What are you doing here? You are aware this is the Pack of Shooting Star's territory, and I have had enough with trespassers today."

Xavier walks out of his den and leaps from the rock. He walks around camp, grabbed a small rabbit from the kill pile, and layed near the hunters den and knawed on it.

"Yes I am quite aware of that what do you think I am blind?" She snaps. She wanted to ask who Emerald was but she thought better of it. "I would like to see what a pack is all about. I am thinking I might want to join." This was true, but she wanted to understand pack life before settling into it. She keeps her head up high and refuses to tuck her tail between her legs. She would not submit. That was something her mother had told her. Don't make them think you are weak when you are not. Those words flashed through her head.
