Tatum stared at him for a moment as he finished speaking, chuckling when he mentioned his haunted home. She finished her bagel and packed up all her trash, sipping the last of the whip cream in her cup. She always ate too fast, and for once the habit was on her bad side. He watched her get up to throw her trash away, never taking his eyes off of her, but hoping she wouldn't notice. She had been his best friend, and then he had to leave. Iris heard him speak and sighed to herself. Now the voice even sounded familiar, God it was driving her mental to know who this was. It was on the tip of her tongue. She looked back at him when he spoke and seeing the smile before seeing his outstretched hand. She heard him speak and she tried to push away the uneasy feeling about knowing him. Iris smiled back at him, before shaking his hand, "I'm Iris. Nice to meet you Harris." she spoke with a bright confident smile before she let go off his hand.
