Nemesis is a hypocrite in the most gruesome sense of the word.
She claims to have come from a very religious background, having been first crafted
as an ornament to keep a young child safe, as the "angel watching over her" during
the night. Despite the virtue and kindness she appears to display openly to all, she
falls easily to addiction, indulgence, and an eclectic mix of the seven deadly sins.
Bernard, her shadow, spoke this rhyme to frighten her when she first came to the
Dollhouse. She was wary, but she struck a deal with him regardless - she would be
a good girl in the loosest sense of the word, and he would get her what she most
desired. Unfortunately for Nem, she was infinitely more naive and gullible than she
would have liked to admit, and Bernard's words were the twisted version of his intent.

His true meaning was revealed in her interactions not long after, much to her anguish;
She would be forced to behave in public, despite her sinful desires, and rather than
being rewarded with such objects of her impulses, he would actively seek for a doll
capable of causing her to truly fall from her darkness back to the light, someone that
cared enough to do so, despite the many temptations surfacing along the way. She
would rather die than admit she craves such a thing above all else, and pretends to
sadistically enjoy his failed attempts to find such a doll. For now, she is alone, though
her extroversion makes it less apparent than one would think. May Bernard succeed.

Small notes: the head gem is the seal of their pact, and she wears it at all times.
In addition, she refers to him as 004-B to detach herself and discourage him.

D E A T H S ~ S O N G

Azreal's talent, is something that may not seem so unique. Her talent is that of her song, a sweet yet eerie sound in the way she sings her song. Her song can very from sounding like a whisper to something like a mermaid. Azreal's song only at times can be almost hypnotic and alluring. Almost as if she is beckoning for you to come with her, to a better place. Sometimes Azreal's song though creepy can bring comfort around her, a comfort most can not explain and afterwords feel chills.

Azreal often sings to her Shadow, Nevermore. He was named after the poem written by Edger Alan Poe and one that she enjoys to read, when not reading poetry with her shadow she sings to him. This helps relax him and cool down his feathers if need be. Though he is protective of her, she tends to like his company more so then others at times. Nevermore seems to be the only one that ever truly enjoys her singing.

Azreal has always felt a deep connection when lost in her own song, in her own world. Its was always something to keep her mind off of other things around her as well. When focusing on her song, her worries tend to vanish if only for a moment, and she sometimes sings out of nervous habits. Though at times her song betrays her and can show what she is truly feeling.
