"Yeah hopefully." Nightfang closed his eyes but didn't fall to sleep. Something was keeping him up and he couldn't put his paw on it.

It didn't take long for the poppy seeds to take effect on her; within minutes, her eyes grew heavy, and she had no choice but to give in to the haze of sleep that tugged at her conscience. As she drifted off, a long breath escaped her, one she hadn't noticed she was holding in. Though she expected dreams, for once, there was nothing waiting for her on the other end.

Nightfang felt Speckledmoon's breathing and let it lull himself to sleep. He opened his eyes to see himself in the forest he heard the undergrowth move behind him and turned to see a ginger tail disappear into the forest. He ran after the cat but couldn't see where they went or even pick up a scent. He kept running only to fall into darkness.

Harumi sat down with an audible thump in front of Fang, eyes filled with an intensity that made it obvious he was hanging onto his every word. Kamuy used to tell him stories all the time; granted, they were made up, but they were exciting to hear nonetheless. He bobbed his head vigorously to show he was indeed giving the tom his full attention.

(Ok guys! Since two cats were tied I asked my friend who they want to be deputy! So here it is.)

Thistlestar
She climbed up the leaning tree and yowled. "All cat old enough to across swim the channel gather benith the leaning tree for a clan meeting!" She waited for the cats to gather. Until she contuied . "I say these words before star clan, that the sports of our warrior ancestors may here and approve of my choice" she phased looking over the cats of her clan. " the new deputy of pine clan is Cedarclaw!" She finished.

DuskLight panted heavily as he slowed to a trot. The tall trees and bushes provided a comfortable shade on his fur. He sniffed the air for the sweet scent of catmint. His eyes brightened as he padded forward, spotting the small, green bunch. He picked the catmint, his jaws full of the sweet tasting herb. "The poppy can wait till later" His words were muffled. He sprinted quickly, though he was not too far from the camp. When he arrived back he slipped into the herb storage, placing the catmint in it's rightful place. 'I should probably see if SpeckledMoon is okay' DuskLight padded out, his ears flicking. His ears perked at the sound of deep breathing. He followed the sound until he came to a sleeping SpeckledMoon. With a fond smile DuskLight rested his tail on her shoulder. He turned his attention to NightFang who was also sleeping calmly. DuskLight tilted his head, wondering what was the reason he was resting here. Choosing to let him sleep, DuskLight sat down calmly, resting his tired paws after searching for herbs.

Nightfang jerked awake. It was just a dream. He looked up and saw Dusklight, "Dusklight?"

Cedarclaw

Cedarclaw's gaze followed Thistlesta, his mouth gaped open when he was announced deputy. "Thank you Thistlestar, it's an honor." Cedarclaw was surprised he was chosen.

Icefeather

Icefeather woke up to hear Cedarclaw announced as the new deputy. She stood up and gently nudged Shadowpelt awake. Icefeather yawned and called out "Congratulations Cedarclaw.

DuskLight flinched in surprise at the sound of NightFangs' voice, his fur standing on end and his pupils turned to slits. He quickly retracted his tail From SpeckledMoons shoulder, curling it over his paws. He turned to face NightFang, relaxing considerably. "Ah, you're awake. First the important matter; are you ill, injured?" DuskLight tilted his head as he quietly rose to his paws, padding towards the other tom.

She climbed down of the stump. "I couldn't think of a better cat" she smiled.

She stumbled over to ceader claw. "Congratulations. You know I watched thistlestar go from deputy to leader. She coidnt believe it for a whole moon she kept saying that is was a dream!" She giggled. "My daughter is always open to help" she added before going back to the elders den.
