Teigra Starr is well um, a vampire hunter? shes brave to be killing vampires and she acts more like a leader then anyone. She only cares for others and not herself, so selfless?. Teigra is also very shy and keeps to herself, its mostly because her mood can change quickly since shes a bit over sensitive, she can be happy one moment and trying to cut your head off the next, she might use your head as a trophy, I'm not sure though ;0. Teigra also loves parties, (Because there's food) ! If there's one shes going to be there.

Hey everyone! I just finished my form for plumerian #590, and here's the art I did for it!

I really want to have the best chance that I can in that contest, so if you could click the image above to view my form, and then send me a semi-detailed review {at least 100 words} of it I'll do a free colored sketch of your plumerian!
