Wha? Is that comic canon or headcanon. It'd be cool either way.

I feel really bad for the bad treatment the writers have him. I myself believe that EG1 wasn't nearly as good as the second and Flash suffered from the bad writing in that one. In EG2 he's effected by the villains most of the time so he's a jerk and doesn't get nearly as much screen time either.
This one can be the redemption and who thinks that real human Twilight would be even cuter with human Flash? It would be so adorable judging by what ive seen from her.

And yes, we need Flash in the actual show. We don't get much romance in mlp and Twighlight kinda deserves it(I say the same for becoming princess. My bias towards her is showing XD)
