Kaiden turned a bit course in his expression then looked up at Mizaki. "We will press charges against this man. He was trespassing and endangered our daughter." He said sternly, but Maria seemed hesitant and held her hands in her lap, looking down at the floor, pondering if this was right.

Skye shut his eyes, as if he were about to say So be it so frankly that it was offensive, but he didn't say a word. He waited silently for his punishment to be administered.

The corners of Mizaki's lips twitched as a small smile fell upon her. "And I presume this is a unanimous decision?" She said with power and finality. The whole of the courtroom was silent, only small whispers of unknown punishments.

Skye finally opened his eyes, glancing over the jury, one by one. He could tell that they were questioning their decision, but he didn't speak up. It was only a matter of time until someone made a decision.

Kaiden looked at his daughter willingly. "What you do think? You are a part of this too, hun." He said reassuringly. He just needed someone to turn to. His wife was silent and uncertain. He needed help.

Akane looked up uncertainly. "Um. Well, he did lend me his cloak and also escorted me home once..." Akane began, wondering whether to defy her father. "I guess he must be innocent, seeing he showed such courtesy?" She said all of this in a rather matter-of-fact way, though she struggled to stare at the convicted. Riko tapped her fingers wearily on the bench as she adopted a crossed-legged position, head slumped into her hand. The trial was getting rather tedious, she pondered on whether to jump out of the window now, whilst the witnesses were engrossed with the outcome. The Reapers were standing strong besides the doorway, but the windows were unguarded.

Kaiden nodded, putting his hand to his mouth. "Well... seeing that this man didn't seem to bring a bad impression on my daughter... " Maria had stopped Kaiden from letting the man go. "He tresspassed, dear. We can't just let this man go. He could be trying to use Akane..." She said warily. With a sigh, Kaiden had agreed with his wife. "We will press charges for tresspassing. I'll leave the punishment up to you, ma'am." Kaiden said, forcing his voice out just a little more.

Mizaki smiled a little, eyes cold s she lazily looked around the room. "If you insist, Mr Sohma." She began rather tiredly, "5 years; the Association has more things to be worrying about." She banged the hammer on the podium, signalling the end of the session.

The guards came, unlocking Skye's shackle and making him go towards the back room's exit. Skye had obeyed with without question. Kaiden seemed to be taking this just a little hard however. He was having doubts about convicting that man, but maria seemed perfectly satisfied, patting her husband's back. "There there. You did the right thing." She said, smiling sweetly. Honestly, Maria didn't know what the right thing was. She was just angry, even though it did't look like it. She didn't like the idea of some strange man coming into her house unannounced or uninvited.

Knight grinned from the window, turning to leave. He heard what he wanted to hear, and now he was free to get everything ready for Skye's return. Knight was pretty sure Skye might get out early, so he had to act quickly.

Akane stared after Skye, brow furrowed in confusion. Over-hearing her parents comments, she made a quick exit, pushing past the guards by the main door. Before she had left, she had muttered, "I'm going to get some fresh air" to her parents. Riko was stone still as the convicted was exiting. Her cold eyes were piercing as she stood, following the rest of the crowd out.

Kaiden and Maria didn't bat an eye as Akane went. They were too busy discussing while a few of the audience members also hung behind, dicussing the outcome of this trial. Skye had already been shut into the dungeon in the basemet of the courthouse, his arms in chains and the Reapers putting a layer of energy around that one cell to discourage an escape. Skye was in no hurry. What happeed is what happened and he was use to things like this already. This was like his second home and was definately not the first time he was convicted.

Knight froze when he noticed Riko and grinned as he turned to face the door. As Riko came out, Knight couldn't resist. "Well well. What do we have here? A troublemaker going to a trail that has nothing to do with them?" He asked in a mocking tone. he was really confused on why Riko had come to his brother's trail, and there was only one way to find out her reasoning.

Riko turned slightly to face Knight. Her eyes were emotionless as she stood shock-still. Her mouth turned into a small patronizing smile, "Well I can't help it, I'm just a magnet for interesting things." She said it in false innocence, emphasized interesting, flicking back her hair as she coolly walked past Knight. Akane was resting against a tree, though she spotted the two talking. It's that girl again, Akane mused, I wonder why she's here...
