Oh, definitely. Hmmm... Well, I imagined the cats weren't the only ones to suffer losses, so there could be a variety of animals in the area searching for others of their kind, and or scavengers picking off whatever didn't make it. So foxes, badgers, raccoons or even coyotes could all be around. Unless you'd prefer a more environmental danger- perhaps they find the water from the lake is still rising, just slower? Or something else that might prove the area unstable, to help spur the group into journeying farther away instead of settling? I'll try to think of more things in a bit, I've gotta go wash clothes first. o:

I love the rising water idea...it could keep pushing them all to move and discover new areas.

I imagine that all of the cats escaped and we are somewhere north of the Thunderclan/Windclan territories. They could be in a valley right now, since Foxfeather and Falconwind saw mountains in the distance and the lake is in the center. {Maybe I could sketch a current map of what the cats know territory-wise?}

They could have to wander through the mountains to the north, or a town... many possibilities! Then we could see each cat highlighted for their abilities (leader, goof, hero, etc.)
