Most people think they will end up getting married, at some point in their lives, of course. It obviously isn't uncommon, and everyone eventually wants to find someone to love, right? Absolutely. However...most people also don't expect to get married to someone their parents or grandparents arranged them with, be it a friend who they have been friends with since they were in diapers, an enemy, or a total stranger. At least, it seems quite unheard of from where you live. But, this is the case for you. Your parents/grandparents have already gotten everything arranged, and whether you like it or not, you really have no say in the matter.
You remember everything vividly, the day that you were told you would be getting married. You came home - it was just like any old day, really. You went out, minded your own business, and all was as it should be, so it seemed. You saw your parents sitting in the living room, happy yet serious expressions plastered on their faces. Immediately, something seemed off, and quite unusual. Had you done something wrong, you wonder? Were you in trouble? As you try to analyze everything you did the past few days, suddenly your father clears his throat, derailing your train of thought. "(Name)," he says, then pauses for a moment. You stand in silence and just nod your head slightly. "We've got something to tell you. Something important," he finally continues, then sighs a bit as he looks over at your mother. She smiles a bit, then continues for your father, "You're getting married." Your eyes widen immediately upon hearing the news - married?! Was this a joke, or something? Were they insane? When was all of this set up, and why were you never informed of it until just now? You just blink and stare at them when you realize that they're not kidding. This is really happening, and you're getting married to a complete stranger. How will you react? Will you get along with your partner, or will the relationship go down in flames?
Only time will tell...

This should be obvious, though. Please make sure you have reviewed all of these rules before joining this roleplay. If you haven't, you can find them here.

Characters
You may have two characters max - one boy, and one girl. This is subject to change based upon how quickly slots are filled. No Mary Sues or Gary Stus, either - no one is perfect, each and every character should have both flaws and strong points.

Use "Fades to Black" or "Timeskip."
I'd prefer if "things" didn't happen, but if they do, please use "fades to black" or "time skip." The same rule applies if things get too gory/violent.

Language
No cussing, even if it's starred out. Period. Things like crap, freaking, etc., are okay, however. But we all know that CS rules prohibit cursing, due to the fact that there are children on this site.

Respect all other players.
This should be self-explanatory, but basically, this means be nice, don't exclude anyone, and if someone needs a recap, please give them one - or at least say you just don't know. But don't ignore them. And please don't get into fights here!

No god-modding/powerplaying.
No one likes it when you control their characters, or don't give them a chance to react.

Romance and drama
Both of these are allowed and strongly encouraged, as long as it follows CS rules. If the event is something major with drama, make sure it's okay with those you are RPing with before you actually do it. However, it shouldn't be multiple 1x1's combined into a group RP. Yes, romance is one of the main focuses of this RP, but interact with more than just the person your character is paired with, please. c: Have friends, family members (as long as it's ok with the other RPer(s) involved that they are related, of course), and maybe even enemies. Love triangles, breakups, cheating, and so on are acceptable scenarios (as long as, again, they follow CS rules). That sort of stuff does happen in real life, and so if later on you and your RP partner decide to have your characters break up and date other characters in the RP who may possibly be open for this reason or that, that is fine as long as you check with the other RPer(s) involved to make sure it's alright. c:

Activity
Please be active if you join. Please let us know if you will be absent for some reason - if you're inactive for a week without notice, you'll have to be kicked out so that someone else may join. However, if, for some reason, you couldn't let us know and were absent for a while, we will let you back in, given the spot isn't taken by someone else (if it is and you really want back in, PM me and Unbroken.::. Souls, and we can try to work something out).

Reservations/accepting
Please post reservations on the discussion/form thread. All reservations will last 24 hours, unless you need more time for a good, legitimate reason. Don't start roleplaying until Unbroken.::. Souls or I have accepted you!

Literacy/grammar/etc.
This roleplay is semi-lit - in my terms, that means 5 sentences minimum per post (per character), though even more lines than that are certainly always welcome here, if you wish. (: Writer's block is understandable, on occasion - we all get it sometimes. In addition, please use proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling - it is understandable to make a mistake here and there, though (everyone has done it). A little bit of text talk is also allowed in ooc (as long as people can actually understand what you're saying...things like the occasional, "lol," or "omg"), or if your characters are texting someone - otherwise, please try to avoid it, as it can be difficult to understand.

Forms
Please use your own form, if you can. I'd like to see your creativity! Please make them descriptive (keep in mind, this is what will show me that you meet the requirements for literacy)! This means, no RP it outs (this includes "they don't like to talk about their history," "Meet (name here) and you'll find out," etc. All elements should be filled in with actual information). And please post a picture, if you can - no anime/drawings! Finally, please post forms on the form thread!
