Having failed to leave camp with a patrol, he tries to bring his attention elsewhere from hunting to his clan mates. Plenty of other cats were in camp, a good dozen at that so Fogstar could be planning a border patrol. Giving up for now, the less than enthusiastic tom settles by the warriors den, noting Hickorygale nearby. He was a bit older than the other tom, but it was nothing to consider holding against him. "I wish I could be as relaxed as you are, not eager to get your paws dirty?" With so many apprentices, he was amazed warriors weren't being forced to double the patrols for extra training.

It was a bit discouraging to have the leader busy while a deputy was still under the watchful eye of choice. He longed to know who would be the mighty cat that lead after Fogstar, but at the same time he knew his anti-social nature would rule him out as a suspect. Smiling lightly, it was worth the wait for now. Watching cats chase their tail to prove themselves to leader would be more than amusing.

"Please tell us your business here." She said firmly, her fiery eyes gazing intently on the she-cat. She seemed friendly enough, a little skittish but that was understandable considering Venomstare leapt through the bushes at her. "I'm afraid I have to agree with Venomstare, this is our territory." She held up her tail as a signal for cats hold off on the attack

Shadepaw chuckled. She-cats.. He thought, obviously amused. Even though he'd never admit it, he cared about his appearance. It added to his almost king-like aura. He sat up straighter and began cleaning away the layer of grunge that covered his usually shiny coat.

Bravefang padded over to Venomstare, and looked over at Russetmist,"This kittypet obviously isn't a threat,now is she? She doesn't mean any harm, so why don't we just let her go with a warning Russetmist?"He suggested frowning. "There's no point in shredding an already terrified kittypet's pelt.", he added more quietly so the she-cat wouldn't hear, he didn't mention that he wanted to know why she kept coming back knowing that so many cats probably lived here.

The Tom slunk through the forest, his tail already shaking, and jumping at the slightest noise. "You just had to come out h-here.." he muttered to himself, jumping yet again as he heard a bird let out a call of alarm, he landed badly and fell on his face, huffing.

Venomstare slid his poisonous gaze to his clanmate. "I said if she doesn't go now then I'll shred her." The tom sat back with a huff. He was, as always, still right.

(Also when Quietrain is done with Creekit, which I need to see if she got a response, she could fine Nervis if you need?)

Tawnythorn nodded to Quietrain,"Alright, how long should he stay off his paw for?"She asked. Hearing him whimper slightly from the pain in his paw again, she licked the top of his head soothingly, before looking back at the medicine cat.

-Lilykit-

Lilykit looked curiously in the medicine cat's den while Tawnythorn talked with Quietrain. Feeling a little adventurous she padded inside and looked around curiously. She grimaced as the smell of many herbs assaulted her nose but curiosity kept her from turning back just yet.

"I'd say at least four day. Then come back so I can check his paw." Quietrain meowed, knowing the kit would bounce back in no time.

Grumbling slightly once again at the sight of her pelt, she groomed tirelessly until her fur returned to its former glory. The apprentice watched Shadepaw groomed his sleek pelt through curious amber eyes and was about to pounce on him with a loud growl sounded from her stomach. With an embarrassed squeak, Daisypaw fell onto her haunches once more and coiled her tail tightly around her paws. "Uh, do you want to go share something to eat," she mewed at a near whisper. Her pelt felt as if it were on fire as she attempted to tame the beast known as hunger in her stomach.

The young tom emerged from Quietrain's quarters to see that Creekkit had been treated. With a warm purr, he spoke, "What a brave little warrior. Without a doubt, he will grow up to become one of the bravest in the clan." Fogstar smiled at Tawnythorn before his attention was caught ginger-tipped ears. "And this little warrior will be one of our most adventurous," the leader chuckled as he waved his tail in Lilykit's direction.

Quietrain let out an outraged squeak. "My herbs!" She scooped uo Lilykit, which was a bid hard for her due to her smaller size, and brought her to her mother. Her heart truly melted for the kit, but the medicine den had some herbs that could kill a cat in it.
