We are Ashclan. We were once Ashclan, clan of the Brave. Now we are the clan of the Forgotten. The once proud clan is now alone. There had been three clans, Ashclan, Flameclan, and Boneclan. That was until the two-legs came and tore everything piece by piece. It was too fast for the clans to comprehend. They all scattered, and they all lost touch. It has been moons, seasons since they lasted were together. Now the memory has started to fade, and new terrors are approaching. We hold a large territory. Our camp is a large clearing, with long padded down grass, easy for moving around. We are surrounded by a large cliff. The leaders den is a large stone den. This is the medicine cat den. This is where the medicine cat takes care of the weak and sick. Here is the elders den. This is where older members of our clan retire, and are highly appreciated. This is the warriors den. Warrior carry out the duty of feeding and protecting Ashclan, as well as training too. Here is the Nursery. Queens who are about to have birth, or already did and have kits stay here. This is the apprentice den. Apprentices are warriors in training, unless you are a medicine cat apprentice. They tend tho the small chores, and better not complain! This is our training grounds are farther from the heart of the forest, and closer to the river. Finally, one of our most important area is the Starpool.Medicine Cats tend the duty every half moon. They receive the messages from Starclan. Where the clan gathers to speak with Starclan is Highrocks.

The small black tom, woke up in his large nest as the dim light filtered through. He stretched, opening his jaws in a large yawn. He was relaxed, comfortable, and happy. He hasn't had a single injury, pain, omen, or dream for moons. Other than his moonly visits to the starpool, everything has been fine. He stood up slowly, expanding each paw out. They shook slightly from just waking up, but it was okay with him. He stretched his back next, and blinked. Eyes adjesting finally, he stepped out of his dank den, and walked out into the heart of the camp. He looked down at the padded grass, the light breeze blowing through his fur, the trees swishing slightly, and he knew he loved it here, and wished to be nowhere else.

sʜᴇ-ᴄᴀᴛ | 17 ᴍᴏᴏɴs | ᴛᴀɢs: ᴏᴘᴇɴ

Oliveleaf was in a deep sleep, dreaming of hopping through the canopies of trees in a lush forest. The sky was a clear blue, the birds were singing, the sun was warming her pelt, and prey was plentiful. It was a paradise, and she knew it was too good to be true. So when she fell from a tree, and woke up back in her nest in AshClan's Warrior's Den, reality came flowing back to her like a sudden flood. The death of her parent's was going to haunt her yet another day.

Stretching her long limbs, she crawled lazily out of her nest. Stiffly walking though the rows of sleeping Warriors, she made it to the entrance, and walked out. When morning's sunlight hit he right the face, she screwed her eyes as she realized how fatigued she was. I had a good sleep... She thought, walking to the middle of the clearing and laying down. I guess it wasn't as good a sleep as I thought.

Darkpaw was one of the first to have woken up in the Clan. His eyes had opened at the crack of dawn, when one of the Apprentice's shuffled in their sleep and accidentally sent a pebble flying at Darkpaw's face. He tried to fall back asleep, but found it useless. Early in the morning, when it was still dark, he had gotten out of his nest and went for a walk in the forest. He stopped by the river, and was there at this very moment. Enjoying the stark beauty of silence.
