Rockfoot turned to Emberstar inquisitively, then cautiously followed as they trekked farther up the volcano, sniffing the air as she went until she was able to find the scent that had grabbed Emberstar's attention.

I had so far caught a thrush, two mice, a vole, and a stupid pigeon flying lazily around. I had started to head towards camp when i bumped into rock foot, literally.
"Oh! Hi! Pardon me, but, I didn't see you there!" I called.
