Mura usually says they'll be one in something minutes, then when there is, the title changes to something like 'New litter-5 Left!' and everyone goes to the first post. There is a section in italics, with a number and description. There will be a litter number. You copy the form and fill it in. First come, first serve unless you've adopted in the last three days.
