Percy jumped slightly at the entrance of the new trainer,accidentally leaping forward to cling to Xylon. As soon as he realized what he was doing, the young trainer hurriedly released his rival, as if the darker furred vaiki had burned him. Looking towards the newcomers, the pale vaiki was hopeful they were actually there to help, as opposed to making the situation worse. Holding his unconscious pokemon, Percival felt rather useless, and definitely did not like depending on the darker-furred trainer, who know when he could flip from kinda-sorta-maybe-nice to downright cruel? Pushing away his thoughts, the cream vaiki focused his attention on the orange-furred trainer and his deerling.

Xylon flinched at the harsh move, Volt recoiling back in a vicious jerk as she flew backwards, stumbling with her own hooves as she regained her ground. "Volt! Are you ok? You don't need to fight anymore!" The darker pelted Vaiki shouted carelessly at the electric type, gaining the attention of the large deer Pokemon, spurring it further onwards. The seasonal Pokemon charged forwards, baring it's horns at the unsuspecting Vaiki. Before Volt interfered, blocking the attack from her trainer, and taking the hit. The final one, before she collapsed, her consciousness slipped away as she fainted on the ground, the other equine Pokemon scuffed up the dust as it prepared for another attack. "Volt!" Xylon rushed upwards, retracting the fainted Pokemon as quickly as he could, but only came closer to the enraged Sawsbuck. "Saws! Sawsbuck..."

Seeing the wild Sawsbuck coming dangerously close to the young trainer Randy leaped into action. "Katara use tackle" Randy commanded. Katara sprinted as fast as she could and hit the Sawsbuck from the side as hard as she could. The Sawsbuck was unable to move for a few seconds giving Katara the chance to hit again. This caused the Sawsbuck to be pushed back and a bit more weak.

Orca tried his best to contain his pokemon, but could no longer hold on to Paisley as she flew out of his arms and confronted the sawsbuck. Orca sighed and ran after her, staying as far away from the sawsbuck as possible while also ordering his pokemon to battle.

Paisley floated over to Katara, who seemed to be doing her job very well. With a slight nod, Paisley let off a Psywave at Orca's command, attempting to help Katara and the two trainers while protecting her own. The Psywave didn't hit hard, but stunned Sawsbuck long enough to let the Deerling get in a tackle.

Percival watched, horrified as Volt took the hit. He was knocked out of his trance by the sight of his rival near the Sawsbuck's hooves. Around both sides of him were trainers trying to help, but he could tell their pokemon were no stronger then Volt was, and the two of them wouldn't be able to hold the aggressive Sawsbuck off for long. Trying to tune out any worries, the small trainer began to work out a plan. A little idea popped into his mind. Quickly, but gently, he moved the Eevee to rest under his arm, and flipped open his small pack, biting his lip as he felt around for the item he was looking for.
The Sawsbuck, temporarily stunned by the two attacks, spun back around to face Xylon again. He was confused, why had the creature pulled back his fight? The battle surely was not over! Irritated, the rash Sawsbuck's turned his anger on the young trainer. How dare they take away his fight! The Sawsbuck grunted in anger, lunging to use a take down on the defense-less trainer...
When suddenly, a poke ball was thrown its way, thumping against the Sawsbuck's hide with a little beep,the shocked elk pokemon pulled inside...
